Office Manager/Asst. Marketing Director

We are seeking an individual for the position of Office Manager/Assistant to Marketing Director position. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be organized, and possess an outgoing personality. We are looking for a team player that is friendly with a positive attitude and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Must be a self-starter and take initiative to think outside of the box.

Office Manager Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Provide assistance in the direction and organization of the Agency's daily ongoing functions
  • Work with Scheduling Coordinator to match newly enrolled clients with caregiver staff. Assure customer satisfaction throughout enrollment and caregiver assignment process
  • Utilize company software/systems effectively
  • Recruits, screens, interviews, and coordinates new hire orientation for new associates in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Keep personnel records accurate and maintained according to regulations and company policies
  • Complies with applicable governmental laws and regulations
  • Ensure associate compliance with license continuing education requirements

Assistant to Marketing Director duties include, but not limited to:

  • This key position requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm for helping seniors access services in the home
  • Communicate effectively with clients, associates, vendors, and caregivers
  • Educates and markets the need and benefits of home care to physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and other external health care professionals
  • Represent agency at community functions and professional organizations
  • Must be creative, self-motivated, and have a pleasant and helpful disposition
  • Create, develop, and distribute promotional material as needed
  • Participate in business development activities to achieve agency goals
  • Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and apply good judgement
  • Understand and learn about the aging process and Home Care options and become a trusted expert in developing care solutions for our clients based on the Company’s offerings
  • Consult directly with family members to listen, explore and understand their family members’ needs in a compassionate, empathetic, intuitive and analytical process
  • Build and maintain client and referral source relationships
  • Have a driver's license and insured automobile
