Meet our amazing caregiver, Mary! When she's not providing exceptional care, she loves spending her time fishing. One of her favorite moments as a Right at Home caregiver is simply listening to her fantastic clients, like Mr. Joe, a veteran. She finds working at Right at Home incredibly fulfilling, as it's truly her calling. Since starting, she's learned the invaluable lesson of patience.

Caregiver Spotlight – Kathleen
Meet our amazing caregiver Kathleen, who finds joy and healing in painting. One of her favorite moments at Right at Home was learning to use an Air Fryer with a beloved client, sharing laughs and earning points for a hamburger. She cherishes the complicity moments with her clients, taking care of them with dignity, just as she would like to be cared for. Her supervisor, Jessica, is like an angel to her. Since joining Right at Home, she has learned that each client is unique, and the most wonderful reward at the end of the day is a smile. Thank you for your incredible dedication and compassion!

When she is not at work, Eva loves to unwind with a good book and enjoy some retail therapy. One of her favorite moments as a Right at Home caregiver is seeing the happiness and gratitude from her clients. She loves working at Right at Home because it allows her to help people every day, and the team at the office is simply amazing! Since starting here, she's learned the importance of patience, compassion, and understanding, especially on those challenging days.

Meet Debra, our incredible caregiver of the month January 2025! When she's not providing exceptional care, she enjoys playing bingo, engaging in charity work, and attending church. One of her favorite moments as a Right at Home caregiver is seeing the individual smiles of her clients and knowing she has pleased them. She loves working at Right at Home because it's a pleasant company that shows love from the moment you walk in the door. She treats her clients like family, caring for them as if they were her own loved ones. Since starting at Right at Home, she has learned the importance of patience and prioritizing safety, ensuring her clients are always satisfied by the end of her shift. Nikita is one of our longest-serving employees, being part of our team since 2018! She is the definition of being reliable and kindhearted! As those Reese’s Peaces she loves, she is the perfect combination, all you want in one caregiver! She treasures every moment shared with her clients and enjoys taking care of them and cooking for them too.
She gets inspiration from her clients’ smiles and encouragement she receives from her supervisor Jess at Right at Home.

Meet Marissa! They’ve been a valued member of our caregiving team for 3 months, yet it feels like we’ve shared countless moments together. When not on duty, they seek relief in the great outdoors, visiting parks with their kids. The laughter, the warmth of the sun—it’s a beautiful escape. As for football, the 49ers hold a special place in their heart. Game days become a symphony of cheers and anticipation. Now, picture unwrapping a Snickers bar—the perfect blend of chocolate, caramel, and peanuts. That’s their ultimate treat.
One of their most cherished memories involves connecting with clients. Walking side by side, sharing stories—it’s a dance of empathy and understanding. Their grandparents serve as unwavering inspiration. The love and care they once received now fuel Marissa’s commitment to others, treating each client as if they were family.
For aspiring caregivers, Marissa offers this sage advice: Compassion and respect are your guiding stars. Adapt, listen, and meet your clients’ needs—it’s the heart of caregiving. Since joining Right at Home, they’ve discovered that patience is a precious virtue—one that extends to everyone they encounter.
