Right at Home Cedar Rapids Now A Member of Care Scout Quality Network

I am excited to announce our partnership with a company called Care Scout!  It serves as a liaison or health care navigator for clients who have long-term care (LTC) insurance policies, specifically with Genworth, though the company plans to expand its reach to other LTC providers. 

People who are members with Care Scout can receive help finding home health providers that have been thoroughly vetted and approved so we are proud to be one of those providers in Iowa.They can find our profile on the Care Scout website, or a navigator can contact us with a referral. Once someone signs up for services with us their Genworth LTC policy will reimburse them for costs according to their plan. We are happy to submit invoices and care notes to the LTC company on behalf of the client.
