Kristin began as a Care Team member with Right at Home in 2015, applying with a background in working with disabled and special needs adults in the group home setting. She applied that experience to providing housekeeping and laundry assistance to our client, Carol, enabling her to stay independent in her home. Kristin also took another client, Nancy, who had mild dementia, to the store and out to lunch two times a week. She provided companionship and a sense of freedom for Nancy. Kristin demonstrated an excellent work ethic and true passion for caregiving and has shared that experience with applicants and new hires as our Human Resources Professional since 2018.
