Barry Paxton - President
Barry Paxton is President of Right At Home of Central Michigan - including Livingston, Ingham, Shiawassee and Oakland counties. Barry has spent over twenty years in the healthcare and consumer product industries. His extensive work experience includes executive and leadership positions for Eli Lilly & Company, The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Ernst and Young, Duracell USA and Merrill Lynch.
Barry's educational background includes an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology/Pre-Med from Michigan State University.
Barry and wife, Sandie live in South Lyon with their sons Bailey, Andrew and Logan. Serving the local community is extremely important to Barry, as he actively serves on numerous boards, takes part in local fundraisers, and coaches his sons' youth athletic teams.
Barry understands the unparalleled degree of integrity, responsiveness and service quality it requires to be a trusted provider of homecare and support services to clients, their family, and to the healthcare professionals in the community.
Julie - Executive Assistant
Julie - I spent many years caring for my handicapped brother, my aging parents and friends parents, which gave me great empathy and compassion not only for those in need of care; but for those that are doing their best to care for loved ones. It is a pleasure and an honor to utilize my knowledge, obtained through experience, to guide and support family members and friends through the process of obtaining in home care and assistance. Becky - Accounting Associate/Bookkeeper
As the Accounting Associate/Bookkeeper at Right at Home, I enjoy working with numbers! I get to participate in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and billing. I have great co-workers, whom I enjoy working with each day.

Elizabeth Vega, Operations-Brighton Operations Manager
Elizabeth leads the staffing team in an efficient and compassionate manner, as she oversees operations and scheduling in the Right at Home, Brighton Office. Elizabeth received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Dayton in Business Leadership with a minor in Visual Arts. She has extensive senior care experience working as a caregiver, social worker, staffing coordinator, recruiter, human resources and operation management. Her professional experience has been spent working with caring organizations such as Dayton’s Children’s Hospital with Care House, The Salvation Army aiding the homeless and with the Right at Home Dayton, Ohio office from 2012-2016. Elizabeth loves her work because “At the end of the day, we are not just making a living, but making a difference in the lives of our clients,” she says.
