Our Professional Staff is the Heart of Right at Home
Beth Smith is our Office & LTC Coordinator. She is the sweet voice you will hear when you call our office. Beth completes new client intakes, assists Connie in the HR Department, and assures all of our Caregivers have up to date credentials and licensure. She further assists families/clients who have Long Term Care benefits Beth also coordinates our Nutrition Program and Lending Library for clients and their caregivers. Beth has an extensive background working with the Rim School District and the Rim Family Services, managing special programs and working as a Team Leader for the Families & Schools Together program. Beth joined our Right at Home Family in March 2012.
Leslie Weterrings is Care Coordinator for the Veterans and Emerald Court Residents. She provides outstanding support to our Veterans through the Homemaker Program/Long Beach VA. She also visits our residents at Emerald Court regularly to make certain their care needs are being met. Leslie joined us in March 2013 and has been such an asset to Right at Home. There isn’t a challenge she hasn’t met. Leslie was a paralegal for over 15 years, which cemented her attention to detail. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Tustin Assistance League.
Angela Pike is Client Care Coordinator for all of our private clients. She provides such comforting support to our clients and their families with her calm demeanor. Angela’s many years of experience in customer service and sales is a perfect fit for her role. She has a BA from Chapman University in Communications/Public Relations. Angela loves to chat with our clients and CG’s, demonstrating that staffing is her passion. She joined our team in May 2014.
Connie Caspio is our HR Coordinator. Connie has worked in the banking and construction lending field for 25+ years. Connie began her career with Right at Home in July 2012 as a caregiver. Her professionalism and passion was so evident and she quickly became our recruiter/trainer for new Caregivers. Connie’s skills with the orientation of our caregivers assures that our clients have amazing caregivers in their home.
William Chan, RN is our Quality Assurance Manager. He joined Right at Home as a caregiver in February 2016. Due to his knowledge, compassion and career goals, Will quickly earned his position as our Quality Assurance Manager. He obtained his B.S. in Business Management at Cal State University, Northridge and continued his higher education at Concordia University Irvine where he received a B.S. in Nursing. As a registered nurse, Will is able to comprehensively grasp the needs of his clients while delivering compassionate support. Will’s main drive for his job stems from the genuine passion for improving the lives of his clients during their most vulnerable stage in life.
