Jessica, Operations Manager

Jessica has been in the Care Giving business since she was 15 years old! She’s worked for many years as a caregiver, but also as an Administrator at an Assisted Living Facility, Medication Aide at several facilities, and has many certifications in Medication Administration. She is now the Client Care Coordinator for Right at Home Central Oregon, ensuring all doctors’ orders, prescriptions, and Care Plans are up to date and accommodate our clients.  She also ensures that our agency is in compliance with the state of Oregon.

Erika Taylor

Erika , Care Manager

Erika has been with Right at Home AH since 2014. She is an LPN, which provides additional medical knowledge enhancing our clients’ care. She has worked out in the field and in the office giving her knowledge of all aspects of the business. As Care Manager, Erika is responsible for marketing, caregiver training, new client intakes and supervisory visits.


Ginnis Menefee

Ginnis, Accounts Manager/Client Billing

Ginnis has worked for Right at Home Central Oregon since 2013. Her extensive background in bookkeeping and office management qualify her to deal with client billing, and accounts receivable. She is very detail oriented and efficient. Our clients love working with her!




Daisha, Staffing Coordinator

Daisha Peters started working for Right at Home during High School and quickly became one of our top Caregivers. She worked in the field for several years until we brought her into the office as a Scheduling Assistant. Daisha’s life plan changed soon after she worked in the office when she moved to Indiana for a job opportunity. Fortunately, for Right at Home, Daisha wanted to come back to beautiful Bend, Oregon! After several months we were able to secure a position for Daisha as Scheduling Coordinator. Daisha’s years of in home care experience, patience, and amazing ability to stay calm under pressure ensures our clients and caregivers are taken care of! Daisha is often times the first person a caller speaks to and her ability to provide crucial information to perspective clients and families is vital to our agency and to our community.
