Check out this free class we are putting on through Partners in Care Hospice Staff! It is directed towards professional or family caregivers, but it is open to the community for anyone interested in learning more on the subject. All are welcome!


Use It or Lose It: Theory of Memory and Aging

This class will cover Dr. Winningham's theory on memory and aging. Attendees will learn ways to enhance the mental functioning of older adults and improve their quality of life.

Wendy McCoullough, RN will be focusing May's training class on Feeding Tube and Medication Administration.

Teepa Snow Training

Mary Callison, MSW is teaching this month's class on skills to use if you encounter difficult behaviors while working with Alzheimer's and dementia clients. even if you've had previous training, this class will benefit you as it is designed to be more in-depth.

Transfers and Gait Belts

Right at Home is excited to announce the launching of a new program, Top Notch Tuesday Training! On the third Tuesday of every month, Right at Home will be hosting a special training class for caregivers who need the extra training, or continuing education. The class will be held at two different times, and is open to all caregivers of the community.
