Right at Home is hiring experienced caregivers in Central Oregon.
Who we are:
We believe that our Caregivers are the heart of our business. In accepting a job with Right at Home, Central Oregon you would be part of an award-winning team. We take pride in our training and in our commitment to assisting our caregivers in the expansion of their capabilities.
You will have a chance to work with a diverse population, explore new ways of thinking, and build a learning environment. We are available to answer questions and receive feedback every day of the week. We provide annual paid Continuing Education Units, free Top Notch Training focused classes, and you may even have the opportunity to enhance each other’s growth by training other Caregivers.
We recognize and reward our Caregivers on a regular basis. As a Right at Home, Central Oregon Caregiver, you will know you are appreciated. Each month we choose a Caregiver of the month, provide free pizza delivered to your home, deliver gift bags, gift cards, have annual appreciation parties, annual awards, and more.
Who you are:
There are a few rules to comply with state regulations: You will need a high school degree or a G.E.D. certificate, you must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass an extensive background check, the ability to communicate effectively in English, and have reliable transportation.
We request that you have at least 2 years caregiving experience and have a sympathetic attitude toward a diverse population. You need the ability to deal effectively with the possibility of rapidly changing client needs and to think and act quickly.
