"They were super friendly and could work around our schedule and our economy. They stay in contact and are very concerned about my mother. They keep me abreast as to what is going on because I am not in the same city. They are an extension of me helping her. She looks forward to them coming. They pick up and organize things. She is over 100, so it is hard for her to pick up things off of the floor. They help clean up, get her around, and take a shower. They have even helped me transport her to the doctor. They are very friendly and act like they know my mom and me which is really good. She has built a relationship with Suzie, the caregiver"

"They have very good caregivers. They are excellent in terms of care. I only see her twice a week, but she keeps me cheerful and happy and gets enough things done to where I am not slaving to get them done. My caregiver right now can do just about anything. She can make meals and help me clean. With any kind of organizing, she is very good. They call me if my caregiver is coming late. They arrange things for me if I have asked. If I need a car, they arrange for it to come. They help me access other care. I have had two caregivers, and they have both been excellent. They are caring and friendly."

"They have always been really attentive to my mother's requirements, and they have communicated a lot with me. They stay in touch with me. They have to pay attention to my mother's needs and are her companion. I have not had difficulty with them. They have always communicated with me. They are attentive and seem to understand the particular needs of my mother."

"They provide very personalized care to the clients and they look out for the clients' best interest. They provide peace of mind because they care about what they do and about the client. Everything that my grandfather has needed has been more than accommodated for. Whenever I need to talk with someone about a schedule change or when a caregiver can come, the flexibility and communication is beyond perfect. There was one caregiver my grandfather didn't care for, so they quickly found someone that was a better fit. The current caregiver genuinely and wholeheartedly cares about my grandfather's well-being."
