What is skilled nursing in the home?
Skilled nursing means that Right at Home Central Oregon staff can care for a variety of complex conditions in-home that are usually performed by a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in a hospital setting. Skilled nursing involves many processes, including obtaining doctors’ orders, communication with Home Health agencies, hospice agencies, and ongoing communication with family members. Our R.N. oversees and delegates skilled tasks for each client so our team can care for you or your family member.
