Right At Home Central Texas staff are available to help answer questions you may have concerning care for you or your loved ones. All work diligently to make sure the RightCare difference is a positive experience. They also each carry the title designation of CAREGIVER and will always put aside other work if a client's care need arises.
Trung Giang and Dr. Tram Le, Owners
Being married to a physician, Trung has always admired his wife and her opportunity to provide medical care and develop relationships with her patients. Hence, after ten years of working in the corporate world, and with the love and support of his wife, Trung decided to join the senior home care industry and Right at Home. This is where he feels his work will have a greater sense of purpose and service to others. Trung and Tram look forward to serving the Waco community in home care and health care.
Trung is a Baylor graduate and has over 10 years of work experience in business management. Prior to joining Right at Home, Trung managed the procurement operations for Hefty Waste Bag, a Business Unit of Reynolds Consumer Products. He also worked for Department of Defense managing government contracts. Tram is currently a cardiology physician at Baylor Scott and White Hillcrest. She completed her internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at Baylor Scott and White Temple. Tram attended Medical College of Georgia and University of Georgia for her undergrad. They have two children, Tevin and Taylinn, 11 and 4. In their spare time, Trung and Tram enjoy traveling and spending time with family.
Tiffany Beal, Director of Staffing/Alternate Administrator/Caregiver
Tiffany is a “military brat”, daughter of two marines, who has married and put her roots down in Waco TX. She graduated college from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a desire to help people in any way possible. Tiffany began helping close to home with her father, a retired disabled veteran who counts on care after many surgeries. She is now the Director of Staffing for Right at Home of Central Texas and her heart cannot be any happier. She is excited to start her fifth year of working with people, interacting with caregivers, and helping seniors in the community.
LaQuita Graves, RightCare Supervisor/Care Coordinator
LaQuita is a CNA trained caregiver able to handle any care situation. She is also a very capable trainer for new caregivers. LaQuita works to make sure that the caregivers provide quality, compassionate care to our clients. LaQuita was recognized in 2017 as the Right at Home Central Region Caregiver of the Year.
Bonita Hutchins, RightCare Supervisor
Bonita started with Right at Home as a live-in caregiver. During her time living with and caring for a client she pursued a college degree in Psychology from Tarleton State University. After graduation, she accepted the position of RightCare Supervisor to expand her knowledge and expertise in geriatric care.
Bre Hernandez, RightCare Supervisor/Caregiver
Born and raised in Waco, TX, Bre started at a young age volunteering in the local nursing home with her mother and siblings on Sundays after church. That is when she knew taking care of people was her life's calling. In 2007 Bre received her CNA certification. Bre worked for many years in the local nursing homes before joining Right at Home – Central Texas in 2016. As a compassionate and dependable caregiver, Bre has cared for many clients over the years and was awarded the Caregiver of the Year in 2018. In her current role as a RightCare Supervisor, Bre assists with scheduling, on call, and insurance billing.
Emily Stambaugh, RightCare Coordinator
Emily is originally from Crystal City, TX, a small town on the Southwest border. Baylor brought her to Waco and she graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences. Emily has always been fascinated by medicine and healthcare. She was her grandfather’s primary caregiver when he was ill and on hospice. Due to her unconditional love for her grandparents she naturally fell in love with the home care industry. She has joined the Right at Home family as the Right Care Coordinator and with her education and experience she is ready to serve our community any way she can.
LaDonna Nelson, Director of Marketing
Before joining Right at Home – Central Texas, LaDonna spent 20 years of her heart beat in the senior care industry, including time in nursing and habilitative treatment, hospice, administrative assistant, and assisted living. As someone who has experienced loss directly and a caregiver for over 18 years, LaDonna is set on the mission to improve the quality of lives for our seniors. LaDonna has a son and a daughter and three awesome grandchildren. She considered herself blessed to be married to a true gentleman. On her free time, she enjoys piano, singing, games, gardening, the outdoors, and playing with her pets.
Kim Morgan, Financial Specialist
Kim is originally from Florida and has been working in bookkeeping since graduation. She later joined her father and was a co-owner to an Accounting company in Naples, Florida and helped small businesses for 6 years. Kim started volunteering for Meals on Wheels and became passionate about helping the elderly within her community. While living in Kentucky, she needed a flexible schedule to help take care of mom. She figured with her passion for the elderly and her personal experience taking care of mom she accepted a caregiver position and worked with an agency for a year. In 2017, her husband accepted a job transfer to Texas and they chose Waco to be close to family. Although, her children and grandchildren still live in Florida we are glad to have Kim a part of our Right at Home family.
Robbie Moore, Receptionist/HR Assistant/Caregiver
Robbie is a Waco native. She has lived in other cities including San Angelo where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education. Later, she graduated from Baylor University with a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. After forty years in education, Robbie retired. She was a caregiver to her late husband. Robbie met Right at Home when they helped him. Retirement was too quiet for Robbie and she joined the staff of Right at Home to meet and greet those arriving at our office.
