Owner Matthew Minotti, a long-time Charleston resident, holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and is a Certified Senior Advisor.
His sincere belief in home care as an essential component in the continuum of care and improved quality of life for the elderly motivated him to make the Right at Home service available to the greater Charleston, SC area.
As a nationally backed organization with a local owner and general manager, Right At Home-Charleston provides the premier home care services that are vital to help seniors maintain a high quality of life while remaining independent.
Prior to opening Right At Home-Charleston, Minotti was the Chief Administrative Officer with Universata, Inc., a leader in the Health Information Management field facilitating the digital delivery of medical records. In that position, he worked closely with hospital administrators helping their facilities meet the requirements of meaningful use and avoid fines and penalties associated with the HITECH Act of 2009.
Prior to his years with Universata, Matthew was president of Phoenix Asset Management Corporation, a Charleston-based Development Company.

Sarah Minotti, Care Coordinator/ Business Development
Sarah joined our Right at Home office in January of 2020. Prior to joining the office, Sarah worked in Advertising and Media Sales for the Charleston City Paper for 14 years. She worked in the print media industry helping local businesses develop and grow using multi-media marketing platforms.
On why she joined our office, Sarah says "My husband, Matthew worked in the home care industry for many years before I joined the company. I always found the stories of caring and compassion he relayed to me to be uplifting and inspirational. They made me want to be a part of his mission to improve the quality of life for the elderly. When the opportunity to join the Right at Home team arose, it was an easy choice."
Ada Winston, Client Care Coordinator
Ada is a certified nursing assistant (CNA) and she has worked in home care for over thirty years. She has experience coordinating schedules for both nursing homes as well as home care agencies.
She enjoys mornings at Right at Home, which are a busy time making sure all the pieces of the scheduling puzzle fit, so that everything is running smoothly for both our senior clients as well as our caregivers.
