Ryan Naegele is one of the two owners of Right at Home of Chattanooga. Ryan's background in nonprofit management, marketing, technology startups, some good old-fashioned manual labor. His family and upbringing contributed to his desire to help people. Ryan is excited to help provide your aging loved ones a way to age gracefully and with dignity. Ryan is very involved in the community; he serves as the Past-President for the Hixson Council of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, a board member for Healthcare Talent Recruitment, a board member for Healthcare Future Ready Institutes for the Hamilton County School System, a member of the Fundraising Committee for the Boy Scouts of America, and an active parishioner at St. Jude Catholic Church.
In addition, Ryan is a guest speaker at several colleges and universities, speaking on topics such as: personal branding, marketing, entrepreneurship, and business.
Most importantly, Ryan has the coolest wife ever, Meghann, and two stellar kiddos, Brennan and Annie.
When we begin working with someone it is always fun to learn about their lives and how they enjoy spending their time. The best part of any day is when we are able to help someone continue to enjoy life!
Bryan Hensley opened Right at Home with a focus on serving those in the Greater Chattanooga area with honesty and integrity. Having had experience working with Hospice, United Way, and other service oriented organizations, Bryan has a true passion for serving those in need.
With a background in Christian Ministry, Bryan understands the importance of patient listening to get to the heart of someone's needs and capabilities. This skill serves Bryan well, not only in making sure appropriate care is provided, but also in hiring quality and respected caregivers.
Bryan is a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, and volunteers with United Way of Greater Chattanooga, Smiles INC., and Boy Scouts of America.
Bryan is happily married to his wife Maddie and their 3 “dog kids”.

Mychael Newsom serves as the Care Coordinator. She came on board with Right at Home soon after the doors were opened in August 2016. Mychael earned her B.A. in Psychology from Emmanuel College in May of 2016.
Her responsibilities as the care coordinator include client assessments, supervisory visits, on-call coordinating duties, maintaining all client and caregiver paperwork, and continually communicating with clients to evaluate services.
Mychael’s passion for helping people and desire to use the intrapersonal skills she gained in her undergraduate studies is what lead her to Right at Home. Her favorite part about Right at Home is being able to build relationships daily with clients and caregivers to enhance the in-home care experience for families. Mychael is originally from Kennesaw, GA and is the youngest of three girls. In Mychael’s free time she enjoys spending time with her new husband, family and friends, exploring the outdoors, traveling, playing soccer, and painting.
Jeanie Lane serves as Right at Home of Chattanooga’s accountant. Her responsibilities include bookkeeping and payroll. Jeanie also works as a leader at Weight Watchers. Jeanie took care of her mother-in-law for five years, realizing the need for outside help. She has compassion, not just for our clients, but for the families in need.
Jeanie has been married to her husband, Jim, for 41 years. They have two sons and 2 grandchildren. In her spare time, Jeanie enjoys gardening, crocheting, travel, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Peyton performs various activities related to talent acquisition and retention. She also participates in marketing activities and assists with clerical duties in the office, like maintaining records and answering phone calls.
Peyton is from Florida, where she obtained her B.A. from the University of Central Florida in English Literature with a Minor in Religious and Cultural Studies. She is currently obtaining her MBA with a specialty in Healthcare Analytics from the University of South Florida, where she acquired a certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Peyton is passionate about making a positive impact on the community, and through her work at Right At Home, she is able to realize her passion. In her downtime, Peyton fancies reading and nature, and she values spending quality time with her family and friends.
Ali Hepner serves as Scheduling Coordinator for Right at Home of Chattanooga. She is responsible for communicating with clients, families, and caregivers on schedule updates or changes. Ali brings energy and passion to her role where she strives daily to carry out Right at Home’s mission of improving the quality of life for those we serve.
Ali also brings an exceptional wealth of experience as a former Right at Home caregiver. She feels her desire to work with Right at Home comes from taking care of her own grandfather when he was sick. She truly enjoys being able to provide care and a sense of security to the senior community. In her spare time, Ali loves spending as much time as she can outside gardening, fishing, and taking photos.
Rachel serves as the Executive Assistant for Right at Home of Chattanooga where she assists both owners with managing schedules and communication. In addition, she assists with vendor relations, office procedures, and administrative tasks.
ARachel is married to her amazing husband, Chris. She is the mom to two girls, Paizley and Pyper and bonus mom to their son, Kellen. Rachel is an art enthusiast who loves crafting and DIY projects. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family.
