Ryan Naegele is one of the owners of Right at Home of Chattanooga. Ryan's background in nonprofit management, marketing, technology startups, some good old-fashioned manual labor. His family and upbringing contributed to his desire to help people. Ryan is excited to help provide your aging loved ones a way to age gracefully and with dignity. Ryan is very involved in the community; he serves as the President for the Hixson Council of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, a board member for Healthcare Talent Recruitment, a board member for Healthcare Future Ready Institutes for the Hamilton County School System, a member of the Fundraising Committee for the Boy Scouts of America, and an active parishioner at St. Jude Catholic Church.
In addition, Ryan is a guest speaker at several colleges and universities, speaking on topics such as: personal branding, marketing, entrepreneurship, and business.
Most importantly, Ryan has the coolest wife ever, Meghann, and two stellar kiddos, Brennan and Annie.
When we begin working with someone it is always fun to learn about their lives and how they enjoy spending their time. The best part of any day is when we are able to help someone continue to enjoy life!
Bryan Hensley opened Right at Home with a focus on serving those in the Greater Chattanooga area with honesty and integrity. Having had experience working with Hospice, United Way, and other service oriented organizations, Bryan has a true passion for serving those in need.
With a background in Christian Ministry, Bryan understands the importance of patient listening to get to the heart of someone's needs and capabilities. This skill serves Bryan well, not only in making sure appropriate care is provided, but also in hiring quality and respected caregivers.
Bryan is a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, and volunteers with United Way of Greater Chattanooga, Smiles INC., and Boy Scouts of America.
Bryan is happily married to his wife Maddie and their 3 “dog kids”.

Mychael Newsom serves as the Care Coordinator. She came on board with Right at Home soon after the doors were opened in August 2016. Mychael earned her B.A. in Psychology from Emmanuel College in May of 2016.
Her responsibilities as the care coordinator include client assessments, supervisory visits, on-call coordinating duties, maintaining all client and caregiver paperwork, and continually communicating with clients to evaluate services.
Mychael’s passion for helping people and desire to use the intrapersonal skills she gained in her undergraduate studies is what lead her to Right at Home. Her favorite part about Right at Home is being able to build relationships daily with clients and caregivers to enhance the in-home care experience for families. Mychael is originally from Kennesaw, GA and is the youngest of three girls. In Mychael’s free time she enjoys spending time with her new husband, family and friends, exploring the outdoors, traveling, playing soccer, and painting.
Director of Community Relations
Ryan Fugate serves as the Director of Community Relations. Ryan brings over ten years of experience in the nonprofit and healthcare fields. Ryan grew up in Dayton and has spent the last 16 years in Chattanooga. Ryan serves as the Treasurer of the TN Society of Healthcare Social Workers and is on the Walk to End Alzheimer’s Marketing Committee. He is blessed with a great family that includes his beautiful wife Cortney, two sons Brett and Benjamin, and their energetic dog, Mahone. In their spare time, they love exploring, hiking, and spending quality time together.
Director of Human Resources
Amy Collett serves as the Director of Human Resources where she is responsible for recruitment and retention of Right at Home staff. Amy is passionate about educating the public on all facets of eldercare services and collaborating with community partners to ensure the highest standard of care. She serves on the Junior League of Chattanooga Sustainer Advisory Committee, Elizabeth Quattie Ross DAR Chapter, sustaining member of the Laurelwood Garden Club, Deacon Homes Board of Directors, Hospice of Chattanooga Foundation Board of Directors and is an active member of Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church. She is the proud mom of Crawford and Holland, and four King Charles Cavalier Spaniels!
Human Resources Assistant
Margie McCullah serves as the Human Resources Assistant where she is responsible for searching for new talent, performing screening of staff, scheduling continuing education, and a variety of other tasks around the office. Margie joined Right at Home after moving to Chattanooga from Denver, where she had five years of experience in the senior care industry. Margie earned her B.S. in Intercultural Studies and Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University.
After doing missions around the world for a year with The World Race, Margie moved from her Midwest hometown of Columbus, Ohio to Denver. She worked in Senior Care and at her local church and met her husband Cody while there. Their family in Chattanooga and Ohio is what brought them back to the Eastern Time Zone.
Debra Habzda, RN
Director of Nursing
Debra Habzda serves as the Director of Nursing where she is responsible for the training and continuing education of Right at Home caregivers. Debra has been an RN for 40 years in a variety of settings including geriatrics, pediatrics, school nurse, and hospital. Debra has a heart for home care and her last 20 years has been in home care. Debra has a deep compassion for her patients and clients
Debra recently moved to Chattanooga from Chicago and has lived in 7 states. In her spare time, she enjoys ballroom dancing with her fiancé. She is an avid animal lover with 2 dogs and wants more rescues.
