Hospital to Home

After a stay at the hospital or other care facility, there’s nothing like returning to the comfort of home. A discharge from the hospital can seem like a welcome end to an injury or illness. But the transition to living at home can be daunting. It’s difficult to manage appointments, medications, and the routines of daily living such as grocery shopping and housework when all you want to do is rest and recuperate. That’s why we developed our RightTransitions® program.

Right at Home Chattanooga can help seniors and adults with disabilities get home safely and prevent further hospitalizations with regular visits by our trained caregivers. We’re here to make living at home easier, so you can save your energy for recovery.

She was a wonderful caregiver to Dad and treated him with respect and went above and beyond to make Dad feel special and cared for. I cannot thank Right Care enough for their professionalism wrapped with tender loving care. We were blessed to be a part of their family. I highly recommend Right at Home!!"

"This has been the greatest thing we could have ever found for our family. My mother suffers from Dementia and we needed daily care for her, but did not want to put her in an assisted living facility. We wanted her to remain at her home. When we found Right at Home the caregiving has been incredible. The caregivers that we utilize treat my mother as if she were their own mother. They have a way of calming her when she gets excited or confused. They care for her every need."

"For the past several weeks my Mother, 91, had been going down hill very fast. My family contracted with Right At Home to provide care for my mom. We did not know what to expect. However, the services provided far exceeded our expectations. They came in twice a day to provide care as needed. The evening caretaker spent time getting to know mom and dad, prayed with them and became a really good friend to is all. If you are looking for a caretaker service for your family, We were well pleased from the first meeting to the last day of service! With Right At Home, you will not go wrong!!"
