Donnet Marshall has been with Right at Home for close to a year now and has been more than flexible with her schedule for our clients. Any changes or special accommodations for the client and Donnet is on the ball with making sure they are happy and comfortable being in their home. Donnet picked up so many shifts during our first quarter raffle that she won $500 cash for her all of her help!

Kriste is still new to our team but she is always willing to go the extra mile. She is very flexible with her time and schedule. For last minute shifts she is our go to gal! Kriste arrives long before her start time to ensure that her clients have the upmost RIGHT care.

April 2021 — Amber Foderaro
Caregiver of the Month of April — Amber
Amber Foderaro has been one of the biggest pieces of our team. With last minute call outs, early morning shifts, and working until late in the evening. She has stepped up to the plate making sure those in our community are taken care of. Amber has been one of our most requested caregivers and makes sure that she shows the great things she is able to do through her work.
February 2021 — Jazmyne G.
Caregiver of the Month of February — Jazmyne
Jazmyne G. has been with Right at Home for quite a few months but has made one of the biggest impacts for our team and clients. Jazmyne is quick to help with last minute shifts, long shifts or short shifts. Nothing stops Jazmyne from jumping to help a client that is in need. Here at Right at Home have appreciated all the care, dedication and long hours that our superhero caregiver Jazmyne provides.
January 2021 — Donnet
Caregiver of the Month of January — Donnet
Donnet joined the Right at Home team back in July and has been working with clients ever since. Donnet has worked with some of our particular clients and has exceeded their expectations. Anytime that help was needed Donnet has jumped to the call of duty rearranging the schedule to make sure no client goes without care, being proactive to clients needs before they have to ask, and always willing to lend a hand with each task. Right at Home has had the privilege to work with one of the best caregiver’s!
November 2020 — Tara Perry
Caregiver of the Month of November — Tara
Tara has been lending a hand to whomever she may encounter for over twenty years and decided to join the Right at Home team to share her outpouring compassion. Tara is pro-active, takes initiative, and is a team player which is why she has earned a spotlight with November’s Caregiver of the Month. Even with last minute shifts, Tara has been known to drop whatever she was doing to be there for the client. We don’t know what we would do without her great team effort!
October 2020 — Amber Foderaro
Caregiver of the Month of October — Amber
Amber has been an aide with Right at Home since August of this year. In her short amount of time on our team she has made a HUGE impact. With her go-getter attitude and always willing to step up to the plate has landed her as the caregiver of the month. Amber loves to help and care for others which is why she loves to care for the elderly. Within the next few years Amber would love to become a personal care assistant and go on to become a certified nurses assistant. Amber enjoys working with Right at Home because those that work in the office are so nice and she absolutely loves her clients.
September 2020 — John Contessa
Caregiver of the Month of September — John
John started with Right at Home shortly after his dad had passed away. After providing care for his father for so many years John wanted to continue his on this path by helping others the way he did for his loved one. John has several clients that he has been with since the start of his journey on our team and they could not ask for anyone that is as attentive, dependable, and trustworthy as John.
March 2020 — Carrie Pruett
Caregiver of the Month of March — Carrie
Carrie Pruett was chosen for our caregiver of the month because of her ability to pick up and go in at last minute fashion. In the world of healthcare, you never know when something will happen. Carrie started with us not long ago, but she has definitely made an impact in a big way with our clients. She is quite but her actions are a lot louder when she is caring for one of our clients. She is hoping within the next few years to be in school to further her education in the healthcare field. When she was asked what she liked most about Right at Home? Carrie responded without hesitation “It is an awesome place to work where people care not only for the clients but their caregivers. This is what I love to do.”
January 2020 — Delois Logan
Caregiver of the Month of January — Delois
There is only one word that comes to mind when I think of Delois Logan, remarkable. The work that she provides to each one of her clients is one of a kind. Her heart shines through the care she provides to each client. She makes sure that she treats everyone equally and exceeds the expectations of our client’s needs. Delois has been requested more times then I can count. I can count on her if there is an emergency, she will drop what she is doing to help someone else. Being in this field for over fifteen years she has encountered different situations, some hard and some easy, but she always knows how to approach each obstacle offering a different solution if it is needed.
December 2019 — Rocio Carrillo
Caregiver of the Month of December — Rocio
Rocio has been with Right At Home for a little over a year. She is known to give exceptional care to those she meets. Rocio entered this field of helping the elderly because she wants to take care of those who helped take care of her. It is her way and privilege to give back. “It can often be difficult but at the end of the day it is very rewarding,” Rocio told us when we had asked her what makes her want to care for the elderly. Rocio works a lot with Right At Home, a part time job and goes to school full time. Within the next ten years she is hopeful to work in a hospital helping more people. With Right At Home she is staying on the path that will lead to her ultimate goal of working in a hospital helping others.
October 2019 — Rebecca Austin
Caregiver of the Month of October — Rebecca
In 2015, Rebecca started caring for the elderly full time. Rebecca has stood out to us from the moment she walked through Right at Home doors. Since then she has stepped up whenever she is needed, stayed when she didn’t have to and missed out on events just to help the client. When she was asked “what makes you want to care for the elderly?” Her response was simple “It’s just how God wired me; with a servant’s heart. I loooove what I do!” Rebecca’s work shows just how much she does care. She has been requested from different client’s multiple times and praised on what she is capable of. All her clients, whether it is a fill-in case, or a permanent client have made it a point to call the office to let us know how much they love her go-getter attitude or how she goes that extra step. One day she aspires to be a nurse practitioner to help more people and make a difference in the health care field.
August 2019 — Cheryl Fernando
Caregiver of the Month of August — Cheryl
Cheryl is the lady that tells it like it is but is the most wonderful caregiver I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Our clients always tell us how much Cheryl did this and did that and we didn't even have to ask. She has been in this field for more than 20 years and has touched many lives with her awesome sense of humor, honesty and nurturing personality. When her clients need her she is there with them until the very end. Cheryl offers ways to help the client for an easy transition in different stages of their life. She is one of the most accommodating caregiver I have met. She is definitely a one of a kind New Yorker gal!
July 2019 — Shamonica Johnson
Caregiver of the Month of July — Shamonica
Shamonica has dedicated her time to her clients. When she picks up a new client they always request her as a permanent. She is a very special caregiver and has been with Right At Home nearly five years. She works between sixty and seventy hours a week with a client and in her spare time will help out with a different client if needed. Shamonica never says no. She is the most dependable caregiver I could ever have on my team. She is our very own star caregiver! No matter the need, client, or request she has always gone that extra 10 miles to make sure the clients are taken care of.
June 2019 — Yanetta Artis
Caregiver of the Month of June — Yanetta
Yanetta is one of the most kind-hearted and genuine person you could ever meet. Her regular clients can't compare the care she gives to them with anyone else. She goes that extra mile to make sure they are taken care of. Especially when Yanetta's regular client's family travels for their job she has been there working more than 12 hours a day. There is nothing she won't do for her clients.
May 2019 — Tijuana Thompson-Gist
Caregiver of the Month of May — Tijuana
Tijuana was always on time with her paperwork and shifts. When someone was late to their shift Tijuana would stay over and cover. Any extra shifts she would help out with. She went above her call of duty for the client all while raising her children, going to school full time for her bachelor's and maintaining her daily life. The client's have reported that her care was exceptional.
