December 2024 Winner of Hearts

Jennifer P.

I'm excited to let everyone know who I have chosen for our December Winner of Hearts. She is Jennifer Pesola. Jennifer started with Right at Home on May 22, 2024. She has a bed- bound client who suffered a stroke earlier this year. Jennifer has developed an amazing bond with her client & her family. The client's daughter was having a hard time keeping up with her Mom's care, now she is very thankful for Jennifer. Jennifer takes amazing care of her client when it comes to personal care. She reads to her, talks & sings to her , makes her laugh, helps her with range of motion exercises and improves her quality of life daily. Jennifer also cared for another bedbound client for a couple weeks & instantly bonded with him & his daughter. Jennifer completes her tasks, daily care notes, posts and uploads pictures every shift. She has picked up extra shifts when she can. Jennifer has a huge heart and so much compassion& empathy. Her dedication for her clients' needs & their families is awesome. We are so thankful to have her as part of our team. - Tanya Paskadi, Care Manager
