**The Ideal Care Champion**

• Has a heart of gold and a can-do attitude
• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Holds a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle during work hours and current auto insurance
• Can pass a background check with flying colors
• Experience or certifications in caregiving are a plus, but not required
