Common Local FAQs
Q. How can I keep up-to-date on my family member's condition?
A. Right at Home caregivers keep extensive notes about the care provided to clients. Those notes are kept at the client's home and are available at any time. Right at Home's billing system provides a detailed description of care services, so the client's invoice always includes a line-time cost of care.
Q. How can I find out what kind of care my family member needs?
A. When you first call Right at Home, we ask questions to formulate a basic needs assessment. Then we set up an in-home visit with the family – including the family member who may ultimately benefit from our care. This visit allows Right at Home's trained professionals to gather more information, answer additional questions and give you a better idea of how we can help. After the initial meeting, we develop a Custom Care Plan to ensure you and your caregivers always know the Care Services being provided. The initial Custom Care Plan includes detailed recommendations about the services our trained professionals have determined would specifically benefit you and your loved one. Then, we will meet with you again to modify the Custom Care Plan to conform to your specific wishes.
Q. I'm not comfortable with the caregiver selected for my family member. What do I do?
A. We consider your specific care situation when scientifically selecting your loved one's caregivers. If there are ever any concerns about a specific caregiver, we can search for and quickly provide a replacement.
