Please Welcome Our New Assistant Director of Nursing/Quality Liaison

Introducing Monique Campbell, Assistant Director of Nursing/Quality Liaison

Assistant Director of Nursing/Quality Liaison, Monique Campbell Hi, my name is Monique Campbell, and I’m excited to join the Right at Home of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky team as the new Assistant Director of Nursing/Quality Liaison.

I have been a nurse (LPN) for the past 28 years since graduating from the Dayton School of Practical Nursing. I’ve always had a passion to care for others and have focused my entire nursing career in caring for the senior/geriatric population. This experience has made me aware of the many challenges that elder adults and their families experience when trying to find good, quality care and assistance.

My nursing experience has been diverse ranging from an acute care setting to a continuum of care in a large retirement community to home health/private duty to clinical coordination/nurse liaison roles. Throughout these roles, I’ve been honored to manage care staff, teaching and reinforcing the principles of compassionate and thorough caregiving.

I was born and raised in the southern Cleveland area, but have spent my adult/professional life in the Northern Cincinnati area. I’m a proud mother of 7 children (blended family) and 5 (soon to be 7) grandchildren. Our large family definitely challenges our work/life balancing act, however, most generally it is just my husband, daughter and myself in our home. In our free time, my husband, youngest daughter (age 9) and I enjoy playing with our ducks, riding 4 wheelers, traveling, visiting family, camping, going to concerts, playing softball and supporting our daughter with her music engagements.

Being a part of the Right at Home team affords me the opportunity to fulfill my commitment of helping elders to “age in place”, wherever they call home. I am a true advocate for in home care and assistance. Helping to fulfill a client and family’s goal of remaining independent for as long as possible gives me great joy and satisfaction. I look forward to meeting the needs of our clients and their support systems with the utmost respect and preservation of dignity. I also look forward to supporting our excellent caregiving staff as they are the backbone of every successful healthcare agency. As a team, I am confident that together we can, and will, improve the quality of life for our current clients and our future clients as well.
