Stephanie Rios, Staffing Coordinator
Stephanie was born and raised in Cleveland and has been caring for the elderly since she was 18 years old. Since a child she has always had the compassion to help others. When she graduated high school her Great Grandmother became ill with Severe Dementia and congestive heart failure. During this time she put college on hold to take care of her 24 hours a day at home. In the mean time she became a licensed State Tested Nurse Assistant in the State of Ohio to reassure herself and her family that she was giving the best quality of care. As time went on the Dementia & heart disease became worse to where her Great Grandmother had to be placed in a Skilled Nursing Facility but Stephanie was able to follow the care and be employed there since she had the qualifications as a STNA and she was able to still take care of her family member and also take care of others in the facility who were in need of someone to care for them.
Stephanie’s compassion for helping others in daily living has placed her in the role as our Home Care Staffing Coordinator for Right at Home. Her 25 years of experience working with Alzheimer’s & Dementia as well as terminally ill patients have brought her knowledge & skills to assist in finding the right compatibility for the client and caregiver.
