Greg and Pat James - Owners
Owners, Greg and Pat James, understand the importance of providing optimal physical care and emotional support to their clients, as well as the value of maintaining the clients’ dignity and a high level of independence both critical to their overall well-being. They provide caregivers who are professional and personable, competent and compassionate, efficient and empathetic; creating a relaxing experience in the safe and secure environment of their own home.

Pat James - Director of Operations
Pat brings years of experience as a teacher and administrator in Orange and Los Angeles County public school systems. She has a master’s degree in administrative services with a teaching background. Pat realized the need for in-home care when she and her siblings served as caregivers for their mother after she suffered a disabling stroke.
Jamie Drown - Staffing Manager
Jamie is our Staffing Manager and just celebrated her 6th year Anniversary with Right at Home. Prior to that, she had 7 years of experience staffing in a medical setting. Jamie is in charge of handling all things related to day to day staffing, billing and payroll. She also is part of the team that handles caregiver compliance, which includes assigning and tracking caregiver training.
Arlene Pineda - Office Manager
Arlene has been an Administrative Assistant with Right at Home for 2 years. She previously worked in the health care industry for 36 years.She enjoys working for Right at Home because she takes satisfaction in doing whatever she can to help the office run smoothly so that the needs of our clients are met. Arlene knows the importance of having people stay in the comfort of their own homes as long as possible. Her mother had Alzheimer’s and the whole family admired and appreciated the compassionate, loving care she received from caregivers for many years.
Guadalupe Frausto - LVN, Manager of Quality Care
Guadalupe is our Quality Care Manager, LVN. About 7 years ago she worked at Right at Home as a Caregiver for approximately 3 years. Most recently she celebrated 1 year back with Right at Home as the Quality Care Manager. Prior to returning to Right at Home, she worked as a Home Health Nurse and a Case Manager. Guadalupe works with our Clients and Caregivers to ensure satisfaction and quality care.
Erica Hansson - Admin Assistant
Erica comes to our Fountain Valley office from sunny Solana Beach, CA. She grew up enjoying the ocean and great outdoors with her adventurous, artistic and tightly knit family. Erica was especially close with her mother and recognized the importance of quality at-home care services while assisting in her mother’s cancer recovery and eventual hospice care. From this personal experience, Erica understands and upholds the need to maintain a high level of independence, respect and dignity for all clients and families. Erica now helps our Right At Home ship sail smoothly, right here from the front desk. She is friendly, knowledgeable and ready to answer your questions, with a big smile!
