Owners, Greg and Pat James, understand the importance of providing optimal physical care and emotional support to their clients, as well as the value of maintaining the clients’ dignity and a high level of independence both critical to their overall well-being. Josefina "Jossy" Ortiz
Client Care Coordinator
Josefina started as a caregiver with Right at Home in 2020 during the pandemic. Prior to joining Right at Home, Josefina worked as a caregiver in a senior living community for three years. With four years of experience as a Right at Home Caregiver, Jossy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team. As the Client Care Coordinator, Jossy's plays an integral role in communicating and interfacing with clients and their family members to ensure that safe, appropriate and meaningful care is provided. Utilizing her experiences as a caregiver, Jossy is a resource and mentor for caregivers. She works closely with the caregivers in the implementation of the client’s Care Plan. Her favorite part of being the Client Care Coordinator is seeing clients smile while listening to them share their stories.


Meredith McDonough
Administrative Assistant
Prior to joining the Right at Home team, Meredith wore many hats in the Early Childhood Care and Education and Pet Care fields. She continues to wear many hats with Right at Home, supporting the daily in-office activities, such as: managing client and caregiver communication, assisting new caregivers during the onboarding process, supporting caregiver compliance, and new client inquiry calls.
It brings her deep satisfaction knowing that she can assist in bringing peace of mind to families while navigating the emotional process of setting up in-home care for their aging loved ones.
