Right at Home Lewisville owner Michelle Rankine recently inspired future caregivers at Concorde Career College! Engaging discussions on SWOT Analysis and PRND, plus motivational moments filled the day. There were engaging discussions as students dove headlong into SWOT Analysis and PRND. There were interactive learning group discussions that brought key concepts to life for future caregivers. The address was chockfull of motivational moments, and Michelle’s cards brought smiles and inspiration. Right at Home and Michelle are proud to support and inspire the next generation of caregivers.

We provide our caregivers with access to a trusted, compassionate, and impartial Navigator through our alliance with WorkLife Partnership. Our employees can work directly with a Navigator, free of charge, to help overcome obstacles which may impact their ability to be fully present and productive at work. We understand life happens and we want to help!
WorkLife Navigators are community resource experts who provide unlimited, one-on-one, confidential help to you with the life challenges you might face.
