Sarah Mast, Vice President / Administrator

Sarah is our Vice President and Administrator. She has been with the agency since December of 2016 when she transferred back home to Colorado from Arkansas. Prior to joining our team, Sarah worked in state government program management, completed regulatory audits for licensing requirements, and consulted on compliance issues. These experiences have provided her with a strong knowledge base in policy and procedure writing as well as program development.
With a focus in business management, Sarah's studies have included policy development, regulatory compliance and national accreditation standards implementation. Sarah lived in Guatemala during her formative years and is fluent in Spanish. She volunteered as a Spanish interpreter with several non-profit organizations and enjoys using her knowledge to help others. As an avid outdoors enthusiast, Sarah enjoys "getting outside" every weekend and is always planning a new adventure.
Michelle Kim, RN, Director of Nursing (Interim)

Michelle is our Director of Nursing and has been with the team since 2018. She started as a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked hospice for the first year of her career. She moved on to get her LVN license working hospice, peri-operative, and home health as well as Nurse Consultation. She received her Registered Nursing degree from West Coast University, going into fields such as Peri-operative care, telephonic triage and home health.
In her free time she does Zumba, Dachshund meets ups, as she has two longhaired Dachshunds who love on her 6 year old son, Dominic. She has lived in Colorado Springs since 2009.
Mary Budnack, Director of Business Development

Mary is our Director of Business Development and soon to be Certified Senior Advisor. Mary's service to older adults started in her teenage years, when she spent considerable time working in skilled nursing facilities and medical offices as a Certified Nurse Aide and Medical Assistant. Mary found her way to Right at Home in 2015.
Mary earned an Associates of Arts in Music, and Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology at Regis University. Mary is continuing her education with a master’s degree in Counseling and hopes to apply her knowledge to client and caregiver grief support. Outside of the office, Mary volunteers as an Ordained Christian Minister, giving communion to the homebound and terminally ill. She also loves to cook, creating new recipes to test on her colleagues, friends, and family. She has one incredible son and a goofy Chihuahua that hogs the bed.
Lindsey Mestas, CNA, Intake / Assessment Manager

Lindsey is our Intake & Assessments Manager and soon to be Certified Senior Advisor. With a 25-year career in sales, Lindsey felt a need to shift toward a path that would make a difference in the lives of others. Shortly after becoming a grandmother, she decided to go back to school to pursue a degree in nursing. In 2016, after the first year of school and obtaining her Certification as a Nurse Aide, she came to work for Right at Home. Lindsey fell in love with senior care and it showed! She was quickly promoted after four months from a field caregiver to Relationship Manger.
Outside of the office, Lindsey enjoys rock climbing, hiking, camping and yoga. She climbed two 14ers last summer and looks forward to conquering two per year until she has climbed all 52 in Colorado. She has two children, Chase, 18 and Collier, 25 and a 4-year-old grandson named Jayden. She volunteers for her son's football team, the Vista Ridge Wolves and is a huge football fan. She also volunteers at the Colorado Springs Senior Center, Care and Share, and Urban Peak. Her dream is to open a homeless shelter and rehabilitation center for those in need. She is an avid believer that love can change the world.
Jeremy Spain, Relationship Manager

Jeremy is our Relationship Manager and started with our team in February 2019. While he is new to the home health care field, he has a background in pastoral care and ministry. Jeremy has a heart for being present with people and ensuring their needs are met in holistic ways. Prior to joining Right at Home, Jeremy spent the entire 2000’s in the U.S. Navy serving as a military police officer. He has held several pastoral positions in churches in California and Colorado and will soon be an ordained deacon. Jeremy has a Bachelor of Science in Religion and Master of Divinity, and will most likely begin further graduate course work in counseling.
Outside the office, Jeremy is married and has four young children. He enjoys spending time in the great outdoors hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, and doing other activities with his family.
Sherin ‘Shea’ Collins, CNA, Recruitment & Retention

Shea is our Recruitment & Retention guru and has been with the agency since 2017. She earned her Certification as a Nurse Aide in 2012, and entered the home health world to explore her desire to care for others. Being able to provide care and improve another human’s quality of life fills her heart. Shea’s knowledge in the home care field and her friendly personality make her the perfect fit for our recruitment and retention efforts.
Outside of the office, Shea enjoys fishing and time outdoors with her husband and four sons. Shea also enjoys singing at church, and loves football! Shea spent four years on active duty in the United States Army and completed a tour of duty in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2008.
Roberta ‘Bert’ Horrocks, EMT, CNA, CPC, Billing / Records Manager

Bert is our Billing & Records Manager and has been with the agency since 2016. Prior to working with Right at Home, she led an impressive career in both the military and civilian worlds. She served five years honorably in the Army, and spent over 20 years in the senior care industry. She started as a Dietary Aide at a rehabilitation center, and earned her Certification as a Nurse Aide shortly after discharging from the military. After all these experiences, Bert has found her passion helping the older generation. Bert is a lifelong learner. She earned an Associates of Science in Business Administration at Georgia Military College and Bachelors in Psychology at Troy State University. She has also earned an additional Certification as a Professional Coder. Recently Bert received her EMT certification as well. Bert is working toward achieving her Certification as a Professional Biller, as well as her MBA in Healthcare Management
Nathan Mast, Administrative Assistant

Nathan came on board with Right At Home in August of 2018. Nathan has a strong background in sales as well as management of personnel and schedules, these job duties have equipped him with the skills he needs to fill the need of strong administrative support. Nathan discovered a passion for helping people in need while doing work with the hard of hearing. He felt he could do more, and decided to make the move to home health care.
Outside the office, Nathan loves be around people, playing games or sitting around talking. He enjoys hiking and dabbles in photography. He loves spending time with his 3 year old chiweenie (Chihuahua Dachshund mix).
Stephanie Mincy, Scheduling Coordinator

Stephanie is our Scheduling Coordinator and has been with the team since October 2018. Prior to working with Right At Home, Stephanie spent several years working in management. She is also a full time student majoring in Family and Human Development. Stephanie loves working in the healthcare field and hopes that her education and skills will help families and the community as a whole.
Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys hiking, traveling in and out of state, photography and volunteering at a therapeutic riding center for children with special needs.
