Right at Home offers several assessments, which help us and family members to tailor the care to where clients are and what they need: Home Safety; Movement, Balance and Fall Risk, and Cognitive Abilities and Memory Loss. In addition, knowing what to do and where to get help can be very challenging. Right at Home has also screened and qualified the best providers of Assisted Living, Memory Care, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy, Hospice and End of Life care and other resources needed for seniors and their families.
