Right at Home Offers Four Different Types of Care.
Companion Care
Sometimes referred to as Independent Activities of Daily Living (“IADLs”) includes companionship, safety supervision, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, errands, transportation, respite care, pet care and other as needed by our clients.
Personal Care
Otherwise known as Activities of Daily Living (“ADLs”) includes bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, feeding, transferring, ambulation, toileting and continence care and therapy assistance.
Specialized Care
Right at Home offers special, proprietary programs for 24/7 care, RightCare Dementia and Cognitive Support, RightCare Dynamic Daily Movement, Rehabilitation and Recovery, End of Life, Parkinson's Support.
Assessments, Consultations and Additional Care Guidance
Right at Home offers several assessments, which help us and family members to tailor the care to where clients are and what they need: Home Safety; Movement, Balance and Fall Risk, and Cognitive Abilities and Memory Loss. In addition, knowing what to do and where to get help can be very challenging. Right at Home has also screened and qualified the best providers of Assisted Living, Memory Care, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy, Hospice and End of Life care and other resources needed for seniors and their families. How to Get Started
Beginning care with Right at Home consists of four easy steps:

Phone Consultation: Call the office at 614.734.1110 so that we can learn more about you and your loved ones goals and needs.

In-Home Visit: Adhering to CDC and ODH COVID Protocols, we visit and get to know the person in need of care (goals, personhood, and lifestyle) and their loved ones.

Assessments & Careplan: We perform any necessary assessments (safety, balance/mobility, and/or cognitive.), put together a care plan, that you approve, and work to find the right caregiver match.

Begin Work & Monitor: We finalize the schedule, introduce the caregiver, get to work, and monitor and adjust the care as necessary on a weekly basis.

Where is the Care Provided?
Right at Home cares for seniors in private homes, assisted living and/or memory communities, nursing homes and independent living communities in Delaware and Western Franklin County. Click here to see our service area.
Right at Home also offers a new model of care we call Independent Living with Assistance sometimes knows as concierge care. Right at Home offers Independent Living with Assistance in several leading communities in Columbus where residents can receive care throughout the day in increments of 15 minutes, allowing them to age in place with excellent, cost-effective care.
