John Peter Valiulis
Owner and Operator
John Peter (“JP”) Valiulis is the owner and President of Right at Home of Central Ohio. While Right at Home has been in Columbus for over 19 years, JP joined the business in 2017 after a career in marketing and innovation at companies including Disney, PepsiCo, and most recently Vertiv (Emerson Network Power). JP has been working with seniors as a volunteer for over 30 years and loves hearing their stories and learning about their lives. His mission is to improve the quality of life of his staff, caregivers and clients and he works each day to provide extraordinary care for each and every client. He and his wife of 25 years and four daughters live in Lewis Center, Ohio. JP is a graduate of Georgetown University and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Misty Christman
President
Misty Christman is the President of Right at Home of Central Ohio. She is responsible for the overall operations, direction, and management of the company. Misty has over 20 years of experience in staffing, educating, and managing health care workers for nursing homes, career colleges and home health care companies. Misty is passionate about taking care of others and ensuring our caregivers are given the best possible opportunities to succeed and grow. Few people have more energy than or are more committed to providing excellent care than Misty.




Micki Cornell
Director of Operations
Micki Cornell is the Director of Operations for Right at Home of Central Ohio. Micki is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively in addition to scheduling and HR functions. Micki was born and raised in Ohio. After completing high school, she moved to Florida where she attended and graduated from the University of Central Florida. After graduating she returned to her roots here in Ohio. Micki is the proud parent of one beautiful daughter who makes her every day complete. She has over 15 years of office management experience and is passionate about the care that our employees and clients both receive. She genuinely believes that caregiving is the most special gift that we can give to another human being. This attitude makes each day at Right at Home special and fulfilling.


Toni Johnson
Director of Recruiting and Human Resources
Toni Johnson is the Director of Recruiting and Human Resources for Right at Home Central Ohio. She is responsible for improving the quality of life of caregivers. Toni has experience in recruitment; workforce development; human resources; community engagement, volunteer management; and financial management. She graduated from the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio, and St. Augustine's College in Raleigh, North Carolina. In addition, she is completing her Human Resource Management certification from DeVry Keller Graduate School of Management. Toni has three adult daughters and lives in Westerville, Ohio, and is passionate about serving the community, serving in her church, mentoring and helping individuals deemed less fortunate, and positively impacting lives.


Marcus Brown
Director of Business Development
Marcus Brown is our most recent addition to the RAH Columbus Team. A graduate of Westerville North HS, and alumni of The Ohio State University, he is eager to give back to the community that he loves. Marcus has three sons and spends his spare time fishing, reading books and traveling. Marcus has experience in various ministries, dealing with young men in need of mentors and father figures. The RAH mission speaks to his heart, as he has various family members in position to benefit directly from RAH’s services. He is here to serve.


Myah Wright
Marketing and Administrative Coordinator
Myah is our Marketing and Administrative Coordinator. She implements marketing and advertising campaigns, coordinates day-to-day ventures, and maintains strong relationships with both the clients and caregivers. Myah is currently attending Columbus State Community College where she will be receiving her Associate of Arts Degree and then plans to transfer to Franklin University to receive her Bachelor’s majoring in Marketing. Myah’s favorite part of her position with the company is getting to see the seniors happy and enjoying life with their fellow caregivers and family.
