Your Career as a Caregiver

A Note about COVID-19

Now, more than ever, it’s clear how essential caregivers really are. The people we serve rely on our caregivers, not just for companionship during a time of isolation, but also for assistance with their basic needs. Without dedicated caregivers, many seniors and adults with disabilities would be left with little support. You can make all the difference.

Our goal is to improve the quality of life of those we serve and provide hope, healing and second chances. This starts with our wonderful caregivers, who we call Care Angels.

We hire amazing Care Angels and help them succeed through excellent support and training. We reward our Care Angels through weekly pay, monthly performance bonuses, health care coverage, tuition reimbursement, vacation incentives and financial planning assistance.

Read more below about the unique positions we offer, along with the training and support we provide to every Right at Home caregiver.

  • Professional behavior means that you continue to improve your skills as a caregiver so that you can provide the highest level of care. It means that you follow the care plans, recommend changes if necessary and are fully engaged when with clients and not distracted by personal issues or your phone. Right at Home's new-hire caregivers demonstrate their skill sets monthly in our Caregiver Training Room.
