Home Care Services
Field Coordinators
Field coordinators support the Care Staff and the ensure quality Client Experience with Caregiver introductions and per client training. They work the first shift with every new client to understand their care routine and communicate that to the staff. They also shadow with all new hires to ensure they understand our high expectations of attention to the clients needs and tasks.





Care Coordinators
Coordinators help in many ways! Laura schedules and completes interviews with applicants; Christal works to onboard new care staff and has the phones after hours for emergency support. Shelly supports Client and Field staff with news, updates and onboards new clients. Troy sorts out the scheduling and text messages that come in during business hours. They are a great team who support all clients and caregivers together.




Daily Operations Manager
Supports all Coordinators and has the phones after hours for emergency support.

Owners/Operators
Rosalei Olazar supports the Manger with Daily Operations, as well as Administrator and Compliance tasks. Kurt Collis assists with Client Relations and Marketing.
