Ted Pease
Owner
Service is Ted’s priority and commitment to every community he has been a part of. While growing up in West Chester, PA, he improved his local area through consistent volunteering through his High School, Malvern Prep, and becoming an Eagle Scout. Those foundational experiences, and a family legacy of military service, encouraged him to serve in the Navy expanding his impact to protect our country and its people. After serving as an Active Duty Naval Officer for nine years, he currently continues his military commitment in the Reserves while also supporting his family – his wife Diana and their two daughters.
Family is another top priority for Ted. Very recently, his grandparents required significant in-home care, and he learned the importance and significance of quality care. His Grandmother had COPD and his Grandfather suffered from severe dementia. With these competing, and difficult aging experiences, he witnessed the extent quality in-home care ensured extended family peace-of-mind – knowing knowledgeable and caring professionals were caring for our treasured family.
Ted truly believes in the mission of making lives better and serving people, communities, and country. Ted is honored to lead Right at Home for the Main Line and Delco areas to continue to improve and care for our loved ones.

As a lover of life, I knew early on my calling would involve people. As a child I would go to work with my mother, who was a director of a nursing home at the time and volunteered with the seniors. It took me some time to understand the cycle of life, but I never feared the unknown. Those experiences have molded me into the selfless and compassionate person I am today.
Prior to coming to Right at Home, I was a Pre-K teacher for seven years, a Home Health Aide (HHA) for fourteen years and a scheduler for four years. I'm currently working towards my Bachelor of Social Work.
I want our clients to know that I’m here because I genuinely care. I know first-hand how hard change can be and I want to do everything in my power to make sure their transition into a new way of life is as smooth as possible.
