In the short amount of time that he's been here, he's impressed each client and their families. He is quickly becoming a client favorite!!
A Little bit about Mario:
- How long have you been with Right at Home? Has been with RAH since 07/2024.
- Do you have a hobby? He enjoys working out.
- How do you like to spend your time away from work? If he's not working out then you can find him hanging out with his puppy, a 2yr old Bulldog.
- What is your favorite sports team? He doesn't have a favorite sports team but has two athletes that he loves. They are boxer, Clarissa Shields and UFC fighter, Amanda Nunes.
- Do you have a favorite snack or candy? He enjoys eating at Cinnabon once a month. He doesn't eat candy.
- What is one of your favorite moments as a Right at Home caregiver? Talking Military History with client Mr. S
- Who inspires you to do what you do at Right at Home? Life is a good teacher. He's not inspired by just one person but he feels that he's the voice of the vulnerable.
- What advice would you give a new caregiver? His advice would be to see the client as a person and not a number. Make sure you set the next shift up properly not leaving behind work that you should have completed on your shift. Lastly, think of each client as a grandparent.
- What is one thing you have learned since starting at Right at Home? Comprehensive training has made the most impact on him. The company doesn't just send you out to a case unless properly trained.

Meet our Caregiver of the Year, Danisha. Danisha has been employed with Right at Home since October 2020. In the past few years of employment Danisha has demonstrated extraordinary efforts to provide quality care for our seniors.
Danisha has proven to be genuinely dedicated and committed to making a difference by providing exceptional care for our seniors. Danisha has shown great flexibility to everyday changing circumstances and unforeseen situations that often occur in senior healthcare.
Danisha continuously exhibits patience, consistency, and the ability to pay attention to the smallest detail. Rising to each occasion with a smile, Danisha often leaves behind an unmatched skillset and an impression on all that she serves. Danisha is undeniably exceptional. We are truly proud of Danisha for being such a deserving recipient of this year’s Caregiver of the Year award and look forward to many more years to come.
