Mark & Dr. Nicole Ross, Owners
Right at Home East Atlanta was founded in 2012 when the desires of Mark and Dr. Nicole Ross, and Right at Home Inc. joined together. The strong desires by both parties to provide quality in-home care to seniors and disabled adults, as well as the mission to improve the quality of life for those we serve, led to the creation of the Right at Home East Atlanta team.
Before his time with Right at Home Mark worked in real estate as a residential developer. He loved getting families into the homes of their dreams, he now loves keeping loved ones in their homes as long as possible. Prior to his time as a developer Mark graduated from Morehouse College, and went on to graduate from Georgia State University, College of Law.
Dr. Nicole Ross specializes in Internal Medicine, helping seniors and patients transition smoothly from the hospital to their homes. Previously working with the Veteran Administration Hospital system she dealt first hand with the difficulties and complications of transitioning back home. Dr. Ross uses that experience and expertise to both develop programs and assist people to stay in their homes longer. Dr. Ross’s experience working in health care started when she graduated from Spelman College, and went on to graduate from Temple University, School of Medicine.
Together Mark and Dr. Ross work to provide the highest quality in-home care available. In January 2014, the Covington Newton County Chamber of Commerce named Right At Home of East Atlanta the “2013 Emerging Business of the Year”.
One of the most recent steps to increase is that quality is Myla. Myla is Right at Home’s therapy dog in training, and we look forward to sharing her energy and happiness! When they are not in the office the Ross’s have three children who keep them very busy. Their kids are involved in a variety of activities such as piano, tennis, soccer, oxford singing choir and ballet.
