Leana White, Operations Manager
Leana is a graduate of Gupton-Jones College. She has an associates degree in Mortuary Science. She started her career in funeral services, assisting families in their time of need. Later she moved on to roles in hospitality management. As a teenager, she watched her own family struggle to care for her aunt when she became ill. At the time they did not have the resources or knowledge to know that they could find professional caregivers who could help them. She is inspired to help others in the same situation, and now has the resources and education herself to help them get the additional assistance they need to care for their loved ones. Her favorite part of the home care business is interacting with coworkers and meeting great caregivers. In her free time, Leana enjoys crocheting, outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
Grace Castro, Care Coordinator
Grace is one of our care coordinators. She works with families to schedule the ideal caregiver to take care of their loved ones. In her spare time, she loves to spend quality time with her family, travel and go to the beach. She’s been a scheduler for 12 years and continues to love what she does. As a mother of four young kids, motherhood has been her greatest challenge and greatest blessing.
Francine Oglesby, Community Outreach
Francine is a UGA graduate and was involved with starting the first sorority, Tri Delta. She has worked as a substitute teacher and then went into sales; selling construction materials, and she was one of the first female fax\copier salespeople in the region. She has worked in the home care industry for 4 years and loves working for Right at Home because they “Do the Right Thing”. She enjoys spending time with friends, loves music and fine dining.
Jack Moon, Community Outreach
Jack Moon joins Right at Home Covington with more than 26 years of experience working as the Director of Marketing for a General Contracting firm. With a BS in Marketing from Capella University, Jack is ready for a new workplace challenge and is excited for the new career direction helping seniors age in place. A native of Conyers, GA, Jack likes to spend his free time weightlifting and filmmaking.
Lonniecia (Lonnie) Thurmon, Human Resource Coordinator
Lonnie attended Indiana University Northwest and earned a Bachelors of Business Administration/Human Resources at Strayer University in Georgia.
Before joining Right at Home, Lonnie worked in the Administrative field for 18 years working in all areas of running an efficient office; working as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Human Resource Representative, Supervisor and Office Manager. Lonnie also has experience working in the non-profit, local government, higher education sectors. Her most recent position was the Office Manager/Recruiter with a Staffing Agency.
After helping care for her ailing grandmother, Lonnie says, "It gave me an up close and personal look into all that goes on to properly care for our elderly loved ones. I do feel that you need to have a caring heart to be in the home healthcare business."
Originally from Gary, Indiana, Lonnie enjoys traveling the world's beaches, collecting seashells to add to her growing collection.
Colandrea Tuggle, Administrative Specialist
After working for over two decades in healthcare, Colandrea is well prepared to help our clients and team. She has tackled many different healthcare challenges in the past as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) as well as a medical office administrator, with knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing, payroll, office management, electronic medical records, human resource management and more. She is currently obtaining a degree in Health Management.
Colandrea says she has always had a passion to help others. Her favorite part of the day is communicating with coworkers to resolve issues.
For fun, Colandrea enjoys spending time with her children, going to the movies, going to amusement parks, traveling, shopping and putting puzzles together.
Jessica Kinard, Accounting
Jessica has a strong background in accounting and office management, with over ten years accounting experience and multiple years of small business and chamber of commerce experience.
Jessica says she has a soft spot for the senior community and is good at communicating with seniors. She says she likes providing a service that has the potential to make a difference in someone's life.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys boating, reading, watching movies and family time.
