Barry Paxton - President
Barry Paxton is President of Right At Home of Central Michigan - including Livingston, Ingham, Shiawassee and Oakland counties. Barry has spent over twenty years in the healthcare and consumer product industries. His extensive work experience includes executive and leadership positions for Eli Lilly & Company, The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Ernst and Young, Duracell USA and Merrill Lynch.
Barry's educational background includes an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology/Pre-Med from Michigan State University.
Barry and wife, Sandie live in South Lyon with their sons Bailey, Andrew and Logan. Serving the local community is extremely important to Barry, as he actively serves on numerous boards, takes part in local fundraisers, and coaches his sons' youth athletic teams.
Barry understands the unparalleled degree of integrity, responsiveness and service quality it requires to be a trusted provider of homecare and support services to clients, their family, and to the healthcare professionals in the community.
Dillon DeLoye | Operations Manager
Dillon joined Right at Home as the Operations Manager for the Northwest and Central territories. He graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint with a Bachelors of Science in Health Care Administration. Dillon brings a diverse healthcare background to Right at Home, and is ecstatic to help fulfill the company's mission of, “improving the lives of those we serve”.
Dillon lives in Farmington Hills and enjoys spending time with his family, friends and watching sports.
Kari Olesuk | Community Relations
Kari has a strong sales and marketing background in a variety of fields, including over 25 years of exceptional customer service. Kari acquired an Associate in Arts, Business Administration, from Schoolcraft Community College, and has continued her education and training in numerous areas in later years. As a new comer to the senior home care arena, she has found her passion in helping the numerous seniors in our communities. She enjoys meeting our clients and their families as well as building bonds with our outstanding caregiver team. Kari has been married to Jeff since 1999 and adores spending time at sporting events with her son and dance competitions with her daughter.
Becky Moots | Accounting
Becky joined Right at Home as an Accounting Associate/Bookkeeper. She graduated from Wheaton College with a degree in Economics/Business. Becky brings many years of Accounting experience to Right at Home, and enjoys working with numbers! She has grown to appreciate the hard work the Caregivers put in to service Right at Home’s clients. Becky strives to best support our caregivers, clients and office staff. Becky lives in the Fowlerville area with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as scrapbooking.
Nicole Affatati | Care Coordinator/Facililty Lead
Nicole started caregiving over 7 years ago after becoming a mother and realizing she had a very nurturing heart and compassion for taking care of others. Nicole has worked in facilities and with private care residents gaining much knowledge with ALZ, Dementia, and brain injuries. Not only does Nicole come to us with extensive caregiving experience, she has many years experience in management and administrative roles. Nicole is enthusiastic to join the Right at Home team and to start creating bonds with clients and caregivers alike.
Stacy Hale | Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper
Stacy joins Right at Home as an Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper. Stacy brings over 20 years of Accounting experience to Right at Home. Her experience comes from managing the office for her father’s mechanical contractor’s company since 1999. Stacy excels in customer service with her beaming smile and personality that also extends into her work ethic and pride in her position. She is enthusiastic about bringing her experience to Right at Home. Stacy is also looking forward to being a positive addition to the Right at Home staff and lending support to our caregivers and clients. Stacy lives in the Pinckney area with her two children. She enjoys watching them compete on their respective schools’ bowling teams. She loves the sunshine and is outside as much as possible in the summer here in beautiful Michigan.
Yolanda Jean | Student Intern
Yolanda has had compassion for the aging since she was young. While most kids were babysitting, she started "Grandma sitting" for a neighbor's aging mother. Yolanda has been caring for the senior population for 17 years. It wasn't enough to care for seniors physically, so she started attending Agape Faith Bible College in 2004 to increase her spiritual understanding to be able to help others as they face end-of-life care. In 2007, she received her certificate for studying theology from Agape Faith Bible College. Currently, Yolanda is working towards her Bachelor of Health and Science at Baker College of Owosso. She had been married to Trafton, her high school sweetheart for 26 years. They have five children they home educate. When Yolanda isn't working or studying, she enjoys her time camping with her family. She lives her life by a motto from Maya Angelou: "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."
Paige is completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from Cleary University with plans to obtain her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Leadership. She is vested in the wellbeing of our clients, families, and office staff while displaying empathy and compassion in all aspects of her life. Paige is motivated to improve processes within organization to ensure success for all parties. She is looking forward to building relationships and working in collaboration with everyone involved with Right at Home!
