Alice Schrader
Human Resources Manager
Alice Schrader has been Human Resources Manager of Right at Home since February 2008. Alice is a wife and a mother of two as well as a proud grandmother of four. Alice started working at the age of 19 at Standard Electric for one year until she has her first child. At that time she decided it was best for her family to stay at home and care for her children. When her children were older and more independent, she decided it was time to get back out into the workforce. Alice then worked for Whitman's Chocolates in Philadelphia supervising the production and overseeing 85 employees for four years until the factory closed. It was then she went on to care for her grandmother for five years and found her passion for the elderly.
Once Alice's time to care for her grandmother came to an end, she moved on to Alterra Memory Care facility in North Wales, PA as Human Resources Manager. It seemed as if you could never find Alice at her desk. She was sitting on the porches listening to the residents tell stories, she joined them in activities such as Bingo, and kicking the ball. Alice gained such pleasure just being there for each of the residents. She has even sat with them during their last moments holding their hands and comforting their loved ones.
In Alice's time here at Right at Home, she takes great pride in selecting the "Right" caregivers to provide the "Right Care." She manages all employee files and credentialing mandated by the state of Pennsylvania. She also prepares for PA Dept of Health surveys, along with many other duties. As she likes to say, "Here at Right at Home, Jenkintown, we wear many hats!"
Katie Clemmer
Community Outreach
Katie began her career in senior care after experiencing the great benefits of both home care and hospice while caring for her eldest brother, who at just 42 years of age had been diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. The journey of being a caregiver for her brother became a gift she wanted to share. Looking for a way to give back just a small part of what she and her family had received from outside agencies along the way , she volunteered as a part time care giver at a local community while raising her 2 daughters
In 2010, through connections in the dog world, where Katie has held a passion since childhood, Katie met a fellow Labrador Retriever enthusiast who was an accountant for a senior care company in Berwyn, Pa. After meeting her friend for lunch to discuss their dogs and shows they hoped to attend, they stopped in her friend’s office to say hello. While chatting with the staff about caregiving and expressing interest in educating the community about the benefits of home care, she was asked by the owner “why not come do that for us?” That lunch date began a true career path that to this day Katie feels is home for her.
Fast forward to today, 12 years later, Katie serves as Community Outreach for Right At Home. Day to day interactions with care staff, nurses, social workers, and families in need of care for their loved ones leads her to the opportunity that brings her the most joy…HELPING!
By connecting people to the many resources available in the community, Katie can do what makes her shine.

Jennifer Morrison
Lead Staffing Coordinator
Jennifer Morrison, Lead Staffing Coordinator at Right at Home, has been a part of the team since February 2011. Jennifer has been working in home care for over 20 years. One of her mottos that she says often around the office is, "Teamwork makes the dreamwork!" She takes pride in the work they are doing as it is such a personal experience.
Jennifer is a wife and a mother of two boys, ages eleven and seven. She serves as an active part in the ministry, works alongside her husband, who is the Youth Pastor, doing administrative work, along with teaching in the children's church. Jennifer is very passionate about being a woman of service.
Jennifer started off as a young child, caring for her grandmother after a moped accident which resulted in a broken leg. Jennifer helped her grandmother with everything from making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to riding on the gurney into the ambulance to physical therapy. From there she went to walking the halls of Chapel Manor Nursing Home where she put on plays for the residents and playing receptionist at the front desk. She had her first job at Artman Lutheran Nursing Home dietary department. It has long been evident that one of her callings was senior care. Since working at Right at Home, Jennifer has moved from day to day staffing to overseeing all staffing responsibilities along with payroll/billing and many other administrative duties. She enjoys her expanded role and is always looking for the next new challenge.

Jalisha Gardner
Billing/Payroll Coordinator
Jalisha Gardner is the Billing/Payroll Coordinator for Right at Home, Jenkintown, PA. Jalisha initially started working as a Certified Home Health Aide for the team in 2015 and was offered a position in the office in 2018. She showed many great strengths not only with hands on care that we felt she would be an awesome asset. Jalisha feels her position her gives her the ability to learn and communicate with different personalities, assisting others with problem solving and being a listening ear when needed. This has added value in her everyday life.
Jalisha's top three accomplishments are finishing school while becoming a teen mother and still making a way for her family, further education in the nursing field, and always maintaining a great work ethic. Her daughter will always be her biggest influence in her everyday life and career. She wants her to learn that things may go unplanned in life and despite any obstacle she can and will rise above any occasion always coming out on top. Jalisha has a goal to start back to school to obtain her real estate license and business degree.
Right at Home has always been a family unit to Jalisha. She has really enjoyed coming from working in the field to the office environment. Jalisha feels she has learned a lot about herself and her team members during her years here with the company.
Brittany Wright
Staffing Coordinator
Brittany Wright started with Right at Home Jenkintown in 2011 after hearing great feedback from her mother who started with the company a year prior. She first started as a wonderful Home Health Aide doing a variety of shifts from 4 hours to live in cases and worked many locations, private homes, skilled nursing communities and hospitals. Fast forward 5 years as we thought she would be a great addition to our team.
Brittany enjoys traveling with her fiancé, spending time with her mother and cuddling with her Maltese, "Princess," and learning the newest dance moves with her "son son" on Tik tok.
What inspires her? All her lovely clients! When she hears their sweet voices behind the phone and getting to talk to their potential aides when they come into the office and bridging that gap. She loves working behind the scenes now and getting to see the other side of the industry. Being in the field is totally different than in the office and Brittany has gained a better understanding of each individual aide's situation and the client's needs first hand.
Ten years later, Brittany has been a dedicated asset to Right at Home. She primarily staffs along with other various duties. However, she prides herself with keeping close relationships with her caregivers and clients to make sure the best experience is provided for both parties.
