What We Can Do for You
Companion Care
Everyone needs companionship. If that’s someone to help with household chores, getting from one place to another or even just putting a puzzle together, Right at Home’s caregivers help keep your loved one engaged and active in life.
Personal Care
A daily routine can be one of the strongest reminders of what makes home feel like home. When those day-to-day tasks get harder, they can also be one of the first things to slip. Right at Home’s caregivers are there to help keep everything on track.
Specialty Care
Right at Home’s caregivers are trained to help with a number of specialized services for chronic, and often demanding, medical conditions like Alzheimer’s, diabetes and Parkinson’s. We also offer hospice support.
Our Process
When you and your loved ones envisioned life at home, you may have dreamt about raising a family, having a pet, enjoying backyard activities and retiring there. But you might not have taken in-home care into consideration. And that’s okay. Not many people do. Sometimes you have to redefine what living at home looks like.
We’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many clients, assisting with all types of care, providing advice on home modification, teaching the latest technologies and more. Our unique five-step process is designed to get you just the care you need and the right person to help.
Specialty Services
Right at Home East Montgomery / South Bucks Counties strives to help your loved one maintain independence. Below are some of our unique services we have developed to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
RN Supervision
We go above and beyond to take care of your loved one with our free RN supervision. Each month, your loved one will be visited by a Registered Nurse in addition to the caregiver to ensure that the care plan is appropriate for your loved one’s level of need and to notify the family about changing health issues and other important information. The RN visit is no cost.
Hourly Services
We provide services in increments of as little as one hour of care and up to 24 hours of Care. We feel that you should have the option to choose the amount of care you or your loved one needs and not be restricted. By providing just the right amount of care at the right time we strive to keep our clients as independent as possible where ever they call home.
Live-in Services
For your aging parent, we provide a more cost-effective option for loved ones who need care around the clock rather than the standard hourly rate. Our live in caregivers provide Homemaker/Companion Care on a daily basis. This includes (but is not limited to) assistance with personal care, personal hygiene, ambulation, light housekeeping, laundry, cooking, and safety.
