Meet Right at Home Owners - Mark and Becky Leuer
Mark and Becky Leuer, co-owners of Right at Home East Valley Phoenix, opened their first Right at Home in May 2008 and acquired another office in 2011.
Why Did We Get Into the Home Care Business?
Becky's father had a severe stroke in October 2007. Beck left her job and went to Albuquerque, NM to help her mother for a few months. When she was ready to head back to Phoenix, reality set in. Who was going to help dad when she got home and mom is at work? With limited family in the area who also had jobs, where can she turn for help? How can we find someone qualified and trustworthy to help? We had to scramble and had friends that would help and mom relied on her employees to pick up the slack at her store. We saw for ourselves there was very limited help when a loved one comes home after a hospital or rehabilitation stay.
Since Becky was now unemployed, we decided to look into home care as a new business for ourselves. We visited five home care agencies and Right at Home stood out among the crowd. "They showed us that we would be part of a family home care business, not just a business," Becky said.
Clients and their family members are the most rewarding part of the business. Family members are always thankful and express their gratitude time and time again, while our clients continue to tell us how wonderful our caregivers and office staff are. "It's a very rewarding business, and we feel we do make a big difference." - The Leuers

We Support Comprehensive Care that is Tailored to our Client’s Needs
We know that with advanced age can come the feeling of isolation; that's why we encourage a bond with our caregivers. We only hire the most professional people and through training we equip them to meet the needs of each person we serve.
