First, you must be a competent, responsible, and reliable individual for this position. It is fast paced and needs someone who can keep up. Second, multi-tasking is a must and attention to detail is key. Third, a good memory is crucial. And fourth, you must be able to show that you can type a minimum of 65 wpm on a typing test. Fifth, you must demonstrate ability to be able to effectively communicate with others in a professional manner. Sixth, you must demonstrate excellent penmanship, as well as filing skills, and organizational skills. Seventh, the willingness to take the after-hours work home with you. This position requires that you will be in charge of making sure on-call is always taken care of and running smoothly. This includes taking on-call several weeks throughout the year. (And yes, there is extra compensation for this!). When on-call, you can work from home for this part. Total hours involved for the week as on-call would be no more than 10 (ten) hours per week. And this means you work 10 (ten) hours less in the office that week... and you get paid more! Lastly, if Come work for an authentic company that helps people every single day!
