Position: Home Care Aide; Alpine, Descanso, Pine Valley and Surrounding Areas

Salary: $15 - $17 per hour depending on experience

Job Description/Requirements:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Communication skills

• Homemaker task ability – provide companion care, meal prep and meal assistance, light house keeping, run errands or take the client grocery shopping or Dr. appts. As needed

• Provide ADL (Assistance with Daily Living) – help with dressing, ambulation, toileting, bath/shower, incontinence and other personal hygiene requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage your daily schedule.

• Knowledge of common medical terminology.

• Experience within the home care industry preferred.

• Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.

• Pass the state required LiveScan background test

• Clean TB test

• Ability to obtain and maintain state HCA

• Pass random drug tests as required
