Heidi Nyvoll, Owner

Heidi and Arnt Nyvoll opened the Englewood office of Right at Home, a national franchise providing in home care and assistance, in March 2017. Heidi has previously worked in marketing and human resources. She has a BS in Marketing and an MS in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from the BI Norwegian School of Management. Born and raised in Norway, Heidi has over the past 10 years been working as a Marketing Manager in the IT industry. She believes her previous experience in human resources is an important asset for managing a business that requires great personal relationships between home care agency owners, client families, seniors and caregivers.

Heidi's passion for improving the quality of life for the elderly started in her early years with a heartfelt love and respect for her loving grandfather, her biggest hero growing up. His legacy motivates her everyday to go out and do what she can to improve the everyday life for our elderly in our community. They deserve nothing less than admiration and respect, and she will always make sure that her team holds those same standards. While in college, she also worked as a caregiver for disabled children and young adults, and the most valuable lesson she learned was how life-changing one person's work can be for another individual, as well as their loved ones.

Why Heidi Choose the Home Care Industry:

Heidi and her husband Arnt came to Florida in 2010 and fell in love with the community. Today they are raising two kids, 4-year-old Leah and 1-year-old Simon. As a young family, being away from the support of family and friends raises some of the same challenges for the families of our seniors in our community. Who do we trust to take care of our loved ones when needed? These experiences inspired Heidi and her husband Arnt to open a home care service for seniors in their Florida community. After researching different franchisors in the home care industry, Heidi was impressed by Forbes magazine recognizing Right at Home as one of the best. When she began talking to Right at Home, she realized quickly how serious they are about finding the right franchisees who take senior care seriously.

Debi Andrews, Director of Nursing

Debbie Adams - Director of Nursing

Debbie brings both a wide variety of great experience to our team, having worked in a number of fields including home care, psychotherapy and group therapy programs, psychiatric units, hospitals, and university-level teaching. Debbie has an undergraduate degree in therapeutic recreation, a nursing degree and a master's degree in clinical psychology. She has been a registered nurse (RN) for 35 years and has also been a LCPC Licenses Clinical Professional Counselor.

Debbie said she appreciates being part of providing patients with the opportunity to remain in their own homes as long as they can. She also enjoys meeting new staff and teaching them nursing and communication skills to better work with home care clients.

Debbie is a proponent of life long learning and says she continues to read and learn new therapies and techniques every day to serve her patients and staff.

“As a nurse and a psychotherapist, I have years of working with and helping people. When I'm with a patient I see more than just "a frail right sided weakness diabetic." That is only their wounded area. I see more of who that person really is. Perhaps they love to play bridge, are a birder, a great grandma, active in their Church and love Barry Manilow. I appreciate the opportunity to help our staff look at our patients as a whole person and not just look at that "wounded area." In this way, our staff is able to more fully be present, communicate and care for our patients. This is a strength I bring to the company.”

Debbie is active in her church and volunteer at a wildlife animal sanctuary.

Aubrey Chavez, Care Manager

Aubrey Chavez - Care Manager

Aubrey started in this field about twenty years ago as a CNA. She has worked in many different types of facilities but always ended up going back to in-home care. That is where she felt like her heart was, working one on one with seniors.  She started with a home health company office as a staff coordinator and then moved into the recruiting and retention department a couple of years later, and has done every aspect of the home health office.

“I feel like my heart has always been to help and working with seniors is something I truly enjoy.”

She loved how each day was a new experience. As a Care Manager, one of the important tasks she does is to ensure that our clients and caregivers are the right matches and to provide the best possible care.  So please call or email her if there is anything she can do to make sure you are provided the best quality of care.

Mara Davenport, HR Manager/Scheduler

Mara has been part of our Englewood office since 2020 as HR Manager/Scheduler. In her role, she oversees the hiring process along with scheduling caregivers. Mara also trains our caregivers after orientation. She teachs our caregivers skills they need to take care of our Seniors.

Mara has a background in the healthcare industry and is a Certified Medical Assistant and Certified Dementia Practitioner. Why she is in home care, Mara says "I have always been in Health Care however home care is my heart. I love making sure our Seniors are taken care of and that they are able to stay home with our caregivers."

Shana Marie Willis, Business Development Manager

Shana joined our office in 2021 after working in the health care industry for the past 15 years providing client advocacy, case-management, geriatric care, and sales/marketing in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities and residential treatment centers. She is a Certified Community Health Worker & Patient Navigator, a Care Transitions Coach and a Health Care Facilitator.

Why is in home care, Shana says "I took care of my elderly grandparents ailing health for several years. Due to this, I was compelled to continue to serve our senior population."

Kyla Pinter, Recruiter

Kyla has been a part of our office since 2020 and came to our office after several years in the customer service industry and attending Santa Fe College studying general education. As part of her role as a recruiter, she instructs our caregiver orientations.

Kyla says when asked about why she's in home care, "I have always been a people person, and nothing brings more joy to me than helping others in anyway that I can."

Ashley Watson, Quality Assurance/Scheduler


Ashley graduated State College of Florida in 2014 with her Bachelor's in Health Administration and Business. She started with Right at Home Englewood in September of 2019 and took on the position of scheduling. She now is also in Quality Assurance, where she makes sure that all clients care plans are up to date, and that we are meeting the needs of our clients by doing quality calls and visits. Ashley also makes sure caregivers have what they need to preform their daily tasks for clients so we can assure they are receiving the best care. She really enjoys getting to know caregivers and understanding their personalities and availability to best match them with a client. Ashley is one of 12 siblings and enjoys spending time with her family, boating, fishing, and camping.

Ashley says of being in the home care industry, "Growing up I have always been the one who takes care of everyone being one of 12. I cared for my brother who is only 3 years younger then me who broke his hip at age 12. Helping him learn to walk and cope with the pain was my motivation to go to college. I also cared for my dad who in 2016, age 50, was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma, he is now going on 5 years remission. I experienced a lot with my dad having to go through chemo and radiation at the Moffit center and helped nurse him back to good health."

Linda Mae Drinnen, Office Assistant

Linda is our Office Assistant where she greets visitors, answers incoming phone calls, care logs, makes and maintains client and caregiver charts, makes sure the office is sanitize and cleaned and preps bags for the new caregivers.

Linda says she has wanted to be in home care, "I've always wanted to help with our seniors. My grandmother is my favorite person and I have always looked up to her. She's always been such a positive person in my life. And I just wanted to learn healthcare, just in case she ever needs me. Plus I really love helping people. My number one goal is to make people happy!"

Darlene Atha , Staff Caregiver


Darlene started as a caregiver with Right at Home Englewood in February of 2019 and became our Staff Caregiver in October of 2019. She has been a CNA since 1990 and uses that knowledge and experience to assist with Hands-On Skills training for all new employees. Darlene enjoys sports and holiday crafting and her son recently welcomed identical twin boys to the world bringing the grandbaby total to 7!
