Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training for Caregivers
CPR/First aide training are held once a month in the office. We have additional training at the caregivers' or clients' request.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency life saving procedure performed on anyone whose heart has stopped beating. CPR is a combination of chest compressions combined with mouth-to-mouth breathing (healthcare providers' version) in an effort to manually keep the blood flow active and preserve intact brain function until medical staff arrives.
Health care providers perform conventional CPR while the general public is recommended to do compression-only, without mouth-to-mouth CPR.
