Our office was awarded the 2016 National Client Satisfaction Award at Home Improvement, the annual meeting of Right at Home offices from around the globe. We were so humbled and honored to receive this recognition because it meant that we were chosen from more than 400 Right at Home locations.
We believe that winning this award was a direct reflection on our office and field staff who do a wonderful job providing customer service to our clients and their family members. It was important for us to honor our team of caregivers and care managers without whom this amazing recognition would not have happened.
What better way to celebrate this achievement than with a Taco Tuesday Employee Recognition Day? We hired a taco truck to come to our office and invited all our staff and their immediate families to come celebrate, socialize and enjoy all the tacos they could eat. Our office staff served the caregivers and, despite the 100 + degree heat, around 120 people showed up. This was a wonderful opportunity to meet the families of our caregiving staff, which was fun! As a 'thank you' gift we handed out portable charges for mobile devices.
It was a small gesture of thanks to our home care professionals and their families for all of their hard work. Caring for seniors and disabled adults is challenging and important work. We are proud of the talent and love displayed by our caregivers as they continue to provide high quality, in-home care to our community.
