Right at Home Fresno Caregiver Training Programs
Right at Home Fresno believes our care staff should be given the very best training in various special care situations. See how our training programs help prepare our staff to offer the best care for your loved ones.
All of our new employees at Right at Home are required to attend a full day of orientation before working with our client’s in their home. During the skills lab we do a variety of skills that are most needed in a home care setting, such as transfer assist, bed bath assist, changing linens in an occupied bed, assisting with blood sugar testing and blood pressure. Not only do they learn the skills most needed in the skills lab but they can set up an appointment to come in and do 1 on 1 training for those particular skills and others such as G-tube, colostomy bag, hoyer lift and more. It is both interactive and fun!

Our Skills Instructor - Victoria Casares
Victoria started with Right at Home in 2011 as a Home care aide. She was licensed in the state of California at that time as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She did in home care for several years before being certified as a CNA for family and friends and that is what got her interested in this business. She enjoys immensely having the opportunity to connect with the HCAs and encouraging them, and in return, we have received a lot of positive feedback her programs.
