"A free family caregiver workshop will be held 10 a.m. - noon, June 28, at Oakhurst Lutheran Church. The workshop will provide caregivers with hands-on strategies and skills needed to care for a loved one at various stages of care. Guest speaker, Tami Brangham, RN, BSN, and Owner of Right at Home In Home Care & Assistance will cover topics including infection control, skin care, and incontinence management. Family caregivers will also learn tips on how to avoid caregiver burnout and safety tips to prevent possible injuries during personal care."
