Our Mission

Put simply, our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. Of course, we recognize that everyone’s idea of “quality of life” is different, which is why it’s so important to us to make you an active part of your own care plan. We want you to be in the driver’s seat regardless of any limitations or challenges you’re facing.

Most of all, we believe aging isn’t just about staying healthy, safe and independent. It’s also about living well.

Our History

Bringing Marine Corps Critical Care Experience back home to serve seniors in Gastonia

Bill is a proud veteran of the Marine Corps and enjoys collaborating with fellow veterans to help our brothers and sisters in need. Post deployment, Bill obtained a BS in Health Services Management from East Carolina University and, for over a decade, he lived out a passion of practicing lifesaving critical care in the back of helicopters, airplanes, and ambulances, as an Aeromedical Specialist. Bill strongly believes that it adds irreplaceable value to maintain his current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist—Adult Critical Care Specialist, Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist, and EMT, providing additional oversight for clients with serious cardiopulmonary diagnoses.

Our People

Right at Home Gastonia owner Bill Osborne and his professional team have roots in the Gastonia community and are proud to provide home care services to families and their loved ones. Our mission is ambitious, and it takes a team filled with the RightPeople to live out that mission each and every day. Meet the care team who help make it happen.
