Award-Winning Home Care
Bill and Karanda Osborne, Owners
We are on top of the world with our newest addition to the family, and are proud to be members of the international, award winning, Right at Home family! My beautiful wife Karanda is a CPA and manages the finances, Wyatt manages us, and I run day to day operations as the President and Agency Director with the support of our compassionate Caregivers and administrative team.
Right at Home Gastonia primarily serves a mix of large and quaint historic mill towns west of Charlotte throughout the Greater Gaston County Area as well as Steele Creek down into south Charlotte.
Bringing Marine Corps Critical Care Experience back home to serve seniors in Gastonia and Belmont
Post deployment, I obtained a BS in Health Services Management from East Carolina University and, for over a decade, lived out a passion of practicing lifesaving critical care in the back of helicopters, airplanes, and ambulances, as an Aeromedical Specialist prior to Right at Home. I strongly believe it adds irreplaceable value to maintain current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist—Adult Critical Care Specialist, Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist, and EMT, providing additional oversight for clients with serious cardiopulmonary diagnoses. I am a proud veteran of the Marine Corps having seen combat in Fallujah, Iraq. I enjoy collaborating with fellow veterans to help our brothers and sisters in need.
We are blessed with and take very sincerely the opportunity to provide both emotional and physical support allowing clients and loved one’s piece of mind, safety, and comfort, right in their own home. In continuation of aspiring to make a positive difference for others in need, Karanda and I are fortunate with the ability to use our God given talents in ways that will improve the quality of life for those we serve with Right at Home!

Ruthaa E. Kwalume Woolridge, Director of Operations
Ruthaa comes to Right At Home Gastonia from Omaha after working in the Home Care industry for 16 years. While she worked with the elderly for over 35 years her career in Home Care started with the Northern Virginia Right At Home office in 2004. The vast experience that she acquired with Right At Home launched her growth in the industry and she has worked as Director of Operations, Director of Business Development and General Manager for several Home Care Agencies in Virginia and Nebraska.
Ruthaa is the proud mother of 2 amazing sons and she adores their families. Ruthaa was born in Durham, NC and her decision to move back to North Carolina put her closer to her father who is over 80 years old and most of her family who reside in the Greensboro/Winston Salem areas. Ruthaa is excited to be part of the Right At Home Belmont/GastoniaTeam and she is committed to helping the agency to continue to grow and attract the brightest talent in the industry.
Lori Adler, Director of Nursing
Lori Adler is the Director of Nursing for Right At Home. Lori is a Registered Nurse and has worked in management positions in Emergency Departments and Family Practice offices. She joined Right at Home in May 2019. In Lori's spare time she enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and playing with her pets.
