Supporting People Is What We Do Best
Our staff is on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic that has spread rapidly throughout our community. They are putting themselves in the path of this virus and are rising to the occasion to provide quality services for our most vulnerable population.
To our staff, we want to say thank you for the sacrifices you make every day. Your dedication and courage deserve our deepest gratitude.
We are Tim and Lisa Randall, owners of Right at Home of Greater Fairfield County. Our office offers supportive homemaking and companion services in the comfort and familiarity of wherever you and your loved one call home. We tailor our care to your unique situation through a Custom Service Plan. Individualized elder support programs change as our clients' needs change.
From companionship and help around the house to 24/7 services, we are with you every step of the way.
Live In Companions Available 24/7
It's important our loved ones remain in the comfort of their homes for as long as possible. Sometimes that's not always possible when family caregivers are caring for other family members, working, and tending to life's daily grind. Right at Home Greater Fairfield County is one of few who offer Live-in services.
Contact us 24/7, we are always available — providing care around the clock at (203) 261-5777.
Elder Supportive Services:
We have put together some helpful Service Examples to give you an idea of our differing homemaker options. If you're looking for more specific information, please contact us at (203)-261-5777.
We operate according to the state standards and are dedicated to improving the quality of services you or your loved one receives. We also advocate for senior service programs such as Veteran Affairs (VA), Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver, Medicare Home Health and Long Term Care Insurance Assistance in Connecticut. We are also proud members of AARP, the CT Alzheimer's Association, the National Private Duty Association, Greater Bridgeport Elder Services Council (GBESC) and the Greater Bridgeport, Greater Danbury and Trumbull Chambers of Commerce. Lisa Randall is also a member of the planning committee of the Northwestern Region (CT) Walk to End Alzheimers.
Our Companions and Custom Service Plan
To ensure quality in-home support and customer service, we have implemented leading edge technology services at no charge to you. These include clock in and clock out telephony calls for confirming that the homemaker staff fulfill their shifts; a "Family Room" web portal that allows family members to check on schedules, bills, calendars and the shift details of homemaker staff from any computer or mobile devices with an internet connection.
Everything we do stems from our mission: "To improve the quality of life for those we serve." To us, our mission is more than words – it is a goal we strive to achieve each day. It is the way we deliver world-class services to our clients. Our mission guides how we run our business and how we treat our knowledgeable staff. Our mission is ambitious, and it takes a team filled with the RightPeople to live out that mission each and every day.
