Meet our Right at Home Mercer County Team!
Asher Fink, Owner
Asher Fink is the owner of Right at Home of Mercer County, New Jersey, where he provides strategic oversight to the agency and focuses on tearing down barriers to success for his highly experienced team. Asher got his start in the industry in 2014 when he teamed up with his sister, Naomi Cotrone, to successfully build the only Right at Home in Rhode Island. In 4 years, the team has found serving the elderly and disabled incredibly rewarding, which led Asher to seek to expand his reach into his home state of New Jersey. This time he is teaming up with Sean Gwinner, his old friend with whom he served in the US Army.
Asher loves soaking up every bit of time he can with his wife and two small children, while they're still tiny and adorable.

Patrina Tramel, RN, Director of Clinical Services
From as far back as I can remember I have always wanted to be a nurse, I remember my mom bandaging up the neighborhood kids when they got hurt. In high school, the only job I held was a Certified Nursing Assistant and then straight to college to become a Registered Nurse. I was an RN for 10 years when as a single parent of two I went back to school to get my Bachelors of Science in Nursing, (BSN). My first 8 years of nursing experience was in hospital settings working with Cardiac, Oncology and medical-surgical areas. From there I have spent 9 years been doing skilled homecare, case management until I moved into the Director of Nursing role. Nursing is my life; it is my way to give back to the community whether is from the direct care skills I provide or just being a patient advocate or a hand to hold for patients and families while they make difficult healthcare decisions.
My family now includes my husband and our 5 children, of which one of our sons is currently serving in the U.S. Navy and will be entering college after his commitment is finished to study Infectious Disease and Biology. One of our daughters will also be going to college to become a RN.
