All Home Care Pulse partner organizations must meet certain criteria on an annual basis to earn the Home Care Pulse Endorsed National Provider designation.
The criteria includes the following:
• Have a valid Master Pricing Agreement in place with Home Care Pulse.
• Have a minimum of 10 percent of North American member offices actively participating in the Home Care Pulse Satisfaction Management Program and maintaining their Home Care Pulse Certified – Trusted Provider status. (Example: If an organization has 120 members, 12 of those must be Home Care Pulse Certified – Trusted Providers)
