That means it's always about the people we serve and our dedicated team of caregivers and office members who work tirelessly to care for clients. We live and breathe our mission every day, with the goal of helping you navigate the journey. These are the people who work to bring you and your loved ones the highest caliber of in home care.
Don Orlando – Co-Owner
Don is the co-owner of the Right at Home office that has been servicing the community since February 2011. Don and his wife, Peggy, are committed to provide optimum care for all the clients they serve and to walk away feeling they made a difference for the client and family members.
Prior to joining Right at Home, Don worked at Pitney Bowes for 23 years as an Account Manager, Division Sales Director, and Director of Federal Government Portfolio. Born and raised in Baltimore and graduating from Towson State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications in 1984, Don has always been involved with his community.
On a personal note, Don and Peggy were high-school sweethearts and have two (2) sons, Paul and Jack. Don enjoys sports, especially golf and baseball, and enjoys attending concerts and plays.
Paul Orlando – Community Liaison
Paul Orlando joins Right at Home following in his family’s footsteps of servicing the Harford and Baltimore County community with their homecare needs. Paul is the Community Liaison for the Harford and Baltimore County area and serves as a Senior Consultant for Right at Home clients and partners. He has a true passion for building relationships and looks forward to establishing long-term partnerships with associates in the health care industry of Harford and Baltimore County. Paul joins us after graduating from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing and a Minor in Creative Writing/Journalism. During his time at Bloomsburg, Paul served as President of the Zeta Psi Fraternity, and led them to reach new records in community service hours.
Paul enjoys watching the Orioles and Ravens, going to the beach, and spending time with his dog.
Nikki Hartline – HR Generalist
I have a great appreciation for the hard work of caregivers and enjoy finding the best quality caregivers for those in need. My proudest accomplishment thus far was the Human Resource and Leadership support I provided for our local frontline healthcare workers during the COVID pandemic. In my spare time I enjoy watching a great series, sketching portraits or making people laugh. I am looking forward to meeting more quality caregivers from the Baltimore and Harford County areas.
Tiffany Ratliff – RN
Tiffany has been a Registered nurse for 14 years; specializing in Emergency medicine, Oncology, Hospice and Home care. The Delegating/Supervising role immediately felt "Right at Home" as she settled into her position. Tiffany is a Caregiver and Advocate by nature. She is a devoted wife of 15 years and her and her husband share 5 beautiful children. Tiffany enjoys reading, dancing, comedy, and sports of all kinds. Tiffany looks forward to and enjoys working side by side with the care professionals and Right at Home team, to help provide the best quality care to our clients possible. Tiffany believes that client, family and care professional's satisfaction and quality of life is priority.
Tabitha Poist – Recruiter
I worked as a manager and recruiter for the Vitamin Shoppe during the Covid pandemic. I also attended Towson University for Human Resources. I have a passion for recruiting and finding the best qualified caregivers. I look forward to working with everyone here at Right at Home. In my spare time I like to watch a good movie, go hiking, and spend time with my dog Scruffy.
Jack Orlando – Client Care Coordinator
Jack Orlando joins the Right at Home family business to follow in his family's business with a desire to provide care for those that need it. Jack's role with Right at Home is Client Care Coordinator and serves as a consultant to families that are interested in receiving home care services. His focus is to make sure each and every one of our clients have a positive experience with Right at Home.
Jack received his BS degree in Communications and a Minor Degree in Marketing from Salisbury University in 2021. While at Salisbury University, Jack served as a member of Sigma Tau Fraternity and was a peer teacher for incoming freshman and organized many community events for the Special Olympics. Jack enjoys going to sporting events, such as an Orioles or Ravens game, or a Maryland basketball game. Jack likes to spend time with family and friends in a beach setting or in a mountain cabin.
Jeannie Cook – PRN
I have been a registered nurse for 28 years specializing in Pediatrics, Home Care, and Case Management. I have been married for 27 years to my husband John, and we have 3 amazing children. In my spare time I love hanging out with my family and two dogs and going to the beach as much as possible. I am excited to join the Right at Home team so that I can provide support to our caregivers so that we can all work together to provide the best quality care to our clients.
