Right at Home has a unique culture and are very supportive of our caregivers. We provide sick and safe leave. For very 30 hours worked, earn 1 hour of sick and safe leave to be used with a doctors note to get paid for sick time out. Right at Home shows our caregivers recognition in many ways such as our Caregiver of The Month Awards. Caregivers receive a $50 gift card, caregiver of the month pin, certificate and online and office recognition.

Training and Continuing Education for Care Staff

Right at Home University

Right at Home University is an online system offering more than 500 nationally recognized certification and training programs along with state-specific training, approved continuing education and professional development opportunities. Through Right at Home University – caregivers are given training on issues that help them develop as better overall caregivers, as well as deal with very specific situations. At Right at Home we do quarterly trainings, for example - Oxygen, Cath care, hoyer lift, compression socks. Caregivers receive certificates upon completion.
