Don Orlando – Co-Owner Right at Home
Don is the co-owner of the Right at Home office that has been servicing the community since February 2011. Don and his wife, Peggy, are committed to provide optimum care for all the clients they serve and to walk away feeling they made a difference for the client and family members.
Prior to joining Right at Home, Don worked at Pitney Bowes for 23 years as an Account Manager, Division Sales Director, and Director of Federal Government Portfolio. Born and raised in Baltimore and graduating from Towson State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications in 1984, Don has always been involved with his community.
On a personal note, Don and Peggy were high-school sweethearts and have two (2) sons, Paul and Jack. Don enjoys sports, especially golf and baseball, and enjoys attending concerts and plays.
Kristen Myers – Community Liaison
Kristen serves as the Community Liaison for Baltimore County educating the community on the services Right at Home can provide and serving as a resource to clients, families and professionals. She joined Right at Home with 10+ years experience serving the senior population spending most of her career working in Independent/Assisted Living communities and some expertise in skilled nursing facilities. She proudly supports the senior community by partnering with the Alzheimer’s Association, membership to Baltimore County Provider Council and serving as an Executive Board Member for the Cockeysville Senior Center. Kristen has a true passion for truly connecting with people. If you need support, have a question, want to laugh – just give her a call.
Kristen is also the proud momma to 3 amazing kiddos in elementary school. Between work and raising kids she is super busy but still finds time to practice yoga, have adventures and enjoy quality time with friends and family.
Paul Orlando – Community Liaison
Paul Orlando joins Right at Home following in his family’s footsteps of servicing the Harford and Baltimore County community with their homecare needs. Paul is the Community Liaison for Harford County area and serves as a Senior Consultant for Right at Home clients and partners. He has a true passion for building relationships and looks forward to establishing long-term partnerships with associates in the health care industry of Harford County. Paul joins us after graduating from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing and a Minor in Creative Writing/Journalism. During his time at Bloomsburg, Paul served as President of the Zeta Psi Fraternity, and led them to reach new records in community service hours. Paul enjoys watching the Orioles and Ravens, going to the beach, and spending time with his dog.
Nicole Hathazi - Client Care Coordinator
Nicole joined Right at Home with experience and passion for the senior community. She graduated from Towson University with a Bachelors Degree in Family and Human Services and began working with seniors in the skilled nursing setting. She loves the connection with people and knowing she made a difference in someone’s day, no matter how big or small. She also enjoys traveling, going to baseball games and spending time with her family and her dog.
Jodie Jewell – Human Resource Manager
Jodie returned to Right at Home in August of 2017 as the Human Resource Manager. She brings 11+ years of experience in Social work in both sub-acute and long-term care settings. Jodie is passionate about the needs of our elderly population. This passion shines through when she selects our new caregivers. She is enthusiastic and dedicated to many challenges of home care.
Jodie has two children and one grandson who is the light of her life; she is also raising her 15-year-old niece and nephew. Jodie has a love for travel and new experiences.
Paige O'Neill – Co-Director of Clinical Services
Paige O'Neill is a registered nurse and the Co-Director of Clinical Services. She is a full time faculty member at the Harford Community College in the Nursing and Allied Health Department. She began working in healthcare at 19 years of age and has worked in many types of healthcare settings, including working for many years as a hospice nurse and having taught for two decades. She attended Harford Community College and Frostburg University. She continues to take classes to further her own education. She is married with three grown children.
